The "DD" crew just blew me away on how incredible they did with my 2014 Caddy XTS... IT WAS A TRAIN WRECK when I took it in... Anthony and his fellow detailer attacked every 1/4 inch of my car... when I saw it, I hardly recognized it... trust me, it did not look this good since the day I bought it... I took my truck here and asked Cory(Owner) for a truck detail because my new born daughter will be riding in the truck. He told me it will be $260 and I agree thinking it's going to to be spectacular job. When I got my truck back it's half ass work with dog hair still on the car, spots never touched in multiple places. I highly do no recommend this place. I paid my $220 and never coming back. Seriously, save yourself a head ache and go some where else. I still have a face mask by the side of the seat that wasn't even touched. I wish I could give it no stars. What a waste of time and money. Corey did offer to give me a free car wash or a refund half refund. I declined. If money was a issue I would have done it myself. This was a waste of time. read more

Overall terrible experience with Dirty Details in Enterprise AL. I was moving OCONUS and figured I'd get my car detailed. As far as quality of the job, the parts they cleaned looked nice but overall cleanliness was very subpar. Several areas to include windshield, wheels, and bumpers looked untouched. I was told the wheel wells would be waxed but they don't even look like the were wiped down, let alone waxed. There was tar streaking down the side of the car they didn't clean off. The side mirrors had a single smeared wipe of wax across the middle. Nothing rubbed in, minimal effort at best. On the phone I was quoted $144 for my Jeep. When I went to leave, they wouldn't accept my card. Cash only. I handed the worker eight $20 bills and he said thanks without giving me changed. He then assured me the price was now $160 and refused to give me change. After paying, I got in the car. The AC was set to the lowest temperature on max with a different radio station playing which makes me think my car was left on at idle for several hours blasting AC. I ended up calling the owner to have them reclean a few areas before I shipped my car. Not a 1 star review but clearly not worthy anything higher than 2. If military and shipping vehicle for PCS, please avoid this shop. Terrible overall experience, especially for $160. read more

I was in a rush to get to work the owners got me in and out with doing a great job! The service that they provide was great. Even though it was a quick wash it was good enough for just that 30 minute. I'm curious to try their full detailing services I am sure they will do an amazing job. I had my truck detailed here while in town. I left it there for about 4 hours and when I picked it up I couldn't even recognize it anymore! My truck was much brighter and the blue popped much more! They took some pictures so I'm assuming they have a Google or Facebook site. A little expensive but worth it. read more

I brought my brand new 2018 Honda Civic Sedan to get a wash, and the owner paused his lunch to fit me in for a car wash. I told him I was on my lunch break and only had 15 minutes, and he did a perfect job. I would have thought he spend 30-45 minutes on it, based off how great of a job he did. Finally! A hand wash in Enterprise at a reasonable price. They took my car immediately and made sure I was hooked up to their free WiFi while I waited. This place is small, so during peak times it might take a while before your car is done but they are very meticulous with their work - well worth the wait. When I arrived they were detailing the shit out of two cars, so I was fully confident that they'd be able to handle a simple wash. I was right. After about 25 minutes of waiting (excellent compared to the 40 minutes at Splash N' Dash), one of the owners had me do a full walk-around of my car before I paid. The wash was really good, but because they don't have those gigantic industrial air blowers you may have a few drips of water here and there. This is to be expected with a 100% hand wash facility and is easily remedied by carrying a microfiber towel in your trunk. When I got home, I just wiped down as necessary and it was good to go. This is my new go-to spot for weekly washes. Updated: Had to change the rating to 3-stars because they don't adhere to their posted hours. read more

I could tell the owner took pride in his business just by talking to him. He seemed like good people. I came in wanting a wash, wax and interior cleaning. After they started washing, he recommended I not get a wax because they could tell i still had a thick coat of wax from last time I did it. He said he didn't want to take my money for something I did not need. Surprisingly it was pretty quick for a hand wash though, yet very thorough. Also the price was very good as well. I would definitely come back here again, and I am super picky about who does anything to my truck. So that should say something. read more

Extremely kind owner! He works hard and is more than accommadating. He gives you the WiFi right away and will speak with you as he cleans. I highly advise this car wash because it is all hand wash and they do a phenomenal job. But be aware that he contracts with dealerships so his hours depend on how many cars they give him a given day. read more
