I have used this company for at least 8 years. There is not enough good things I can say about this business and the owner Taylor. He has worked on at least 5 vehicles for me and I have never been dissatisfied. He has went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was right and I was completely satisfied. I honestly feel like that he did more for me than a lot of other people would have as far as mechanic wise goes. Would I recommend him? I most certainly would and I do on a daily basis to anyone that is looking for a mechanic on Facebook or any type of social media he is the first person that I recommend. I will continue doing business with him as long as he has a business and I have cars. I will never recommend this place, Went to get tires and was forced to listen to whatever kind of manager or store supervisor about his personal life, trying to get to personal with me, talked me right thru a financial obligation, I'm an older woman and really don't appreciate being targeted, tires were not good and put my ride in a death roll , kept breaking the lug nuts and then telling me they were no good to start with, now I'm stuck with payments for who knows how long, 5 tires for $200.00 and $450.00 to mount and balance, I had to go elsewhere to get them balanced read more

Took my truck this Saturday to Dothan tire and auto for service. Wanted oil change, filter change, tires balanced and rotated, and an abs sensor replaced. They charged me $510.00 for this service. When I got home that evening, I was going over there service. Well the oil filter was never replaced, the air filter, they said they blew it out and reinstalled it. It was never blown out and they creased the filter so bad I now have to buy a new one. And that's another $98.00 I have to spend. They charged me $125.00 to replace the abs sensor. I found the same sensor they put in online for 29.00. Hell, they even left their computer in my truck. I was nice enough to take it back inside.and hand it to the mechanic. Completely disappointed with this service, and will NEVER take my truck back to them. read more

!!REVISED 9/15/2022!! Taken care of, word kept. 9/14/2022: July 20th, 2022 had a blowout while on a 1,000 mile road trip. Talked price with Taylor on 2 new tires, all taken care of, so I thought. Back on the road noticed that the tires weren't balanced correctly. I called Taylor and he said that I could go to another location (in Panama City) and that he would square things up with them. After checking where the location was and how much time it would take to get that done, my schedule wouldn't allow it. I called back and he said not a problem, get them balanced in the town you're going to and I'll reimburse you. Per Taylor's advice I planned on getting all 5 wheels balanced. While getting them balanced the LR tire's locking lug nuts was put on so tight that the tech almost broke the bolt off, luckily he was able to get it off. I had to purchase new lug nuts, plain, not locking. I sent the invoice to Taylor and told him that he didn't have to pay for the other 3 wheels, just the 2 that his shop worked on plus the lug nuts. He agreed, asked for my PayPal account and that was it. I have sent 4 texts in the course of 2 months, no reply. I'm blessed but not rich, $54 is a tank of gas, a bag of groceries for the family. It's Sept. 14th, no replies since July 22nd. All that I wanted was for a businessman to keep his word, like I am expected to do. If you live in the area and need help, they'll probably take good care of you. If you happen to be passing through and need anything for your car, find a corporate chain, pay more and be done. I would not recommend aNy business where the owner or the manager doesn't keep their word, neither should you. read more

Service was good, they sent a wrecker out for me, put a set of good quality tires on my truck and sent me ony way.  Unfortunately, they neglected to put new stems in my ties and that resulted in 2 flat tires from the old valves.  Fortunately, the tires went flat while parked and I only incurred financial loss for a tow and new stems from my regular mechanic. After a call to Dothan Tire, Taylor wasn't too eager to make things right. "New tires don't really need new stems" but he'd "be willing to split the bill". I like to use "Mom&Pop's", they can do better. read more
