My car was damaged on the track inside of Otto's Car Wash in Destin (yes, there's footage). After initially telling me they were going to take care of it, they're refusing because two different quotes were $4,000 estimates (meanwhile, the owner is on vacation). So sorry that modern cars have cameras and sensors in the bumper! The attendant was working alone at the time, and told me so afterward and said he rushed me through because he was frazzled. Do NOT take your car through Otto's. If it is damaged, they'll give you a hard time, even though we all know they carry business insurance for this very reason. LOVE Otto's Car Wash! Best car wash I've ever been to! I travel all the way from Panama City Beach every other week to get my baby washed because of how amazing Otto's is! At first, I thought $20 was a little steep for a drive thru express wash, however once you receive the full experience, you'll realize why! It's definitely worth it. I've never seen an automatic car wash do such detail with a prep area to start. They brushed around the license plate which can cause a streak if not cleaned. This is an attention to detail that is unusual in a quick $20 car wash. Nice towels to dry off too. read more

What a great car wash! After a fun beach vacation we were about to head home to Texas and didn't want to make the trek in a sandy vehicle. Stopped by Otto's to inquire how much it would cost to use the vacuums and was surprised to learn they were FREE! Great suction on the vacuum , a rug beater, free cleaning spray and fresh towels to clean with. I ended up driving though the wash after all and the $10.00 wash exceeded expectations. Ricidulous. If your car is already clean they will clean it. They refused to wash my car because it was dirty. It's a car wash. I had sand on my car, in Florida and went to a car wash near the beach where they said they couldnt wash my car because the sand was bad for their machines. I Didn't go mudding or off-roading, just drove down a sandy road. Hey Otto, stop hiring spoiled kids that don't want to work. NOTE - there were no rocks at all on the car. Sand only no thick red clay. You run a car wash. In Florida. Where everything is sand. The next place down the road did it no problem and I tipped ''em nicely. I'm only writing this review after having this same issue each visit.The guys that prep the vehicle before entering the car wash don't get all the bugs off the front of my vehicle or mirrors nor clean the wheels at all.Every time i get home i have to remove what they didn't and scrub off the front end and tires.Since you removed the prep area where customers could do this it's been an issue.When i buy a 27.00 car wash i don't think it's asking too much to have it properly cleaned.Please have the guys address this or at least open an area where the customers can do this like it used to be. : / read more

This car wash is NOT your grandpa's carwash! Otto's is on a whole other level of cool. Integrated speaker system built into the landscape is top tier. The wash itself gets it done and done right. Me and my husband are always so pleased when we come to this car wash. The guys that work there are so friendly... it's not just one of them it is ALL of them! From the guy greeting you, the ones prepping your car, and they even go above and beyond and stopped by and asked if we would like them to spray down my matts... as we were leaving someone even waved bye to me.
