In my opinion, it is poorly managed and poorly maintained…read more Equipment is constantly breaking down, leaving customers without working vacuums or compressed air. My car frequently exits the wash full of soap. They advertise armor all for tires, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get sprayed on in the car wash. You need to apply it yourself. I was just there today and at least one of the vacuums has been missing for well over a month and again they have an entire section closed off for no apparent reason. The attendants seem apathetic and disinterested in helping the customers. There is one bright exception, a young fellow with a crew cut who works his tail off. I don't feel that the membership is a good value only because the quality of the car wash is so poor. It's definitely an example of you get what you pay for. It's a shame because when this car wash first opened it was very well managed and very well maintained. We were glad to have it. Seems like over time the Take Five people have abandoned this car wash, which is surprising given the fact that it is situated along a well traveled highway close to several highly coveted resorts in the area.

After…read moreinitially telling me they were going to take care of it, they're refusing because two different quotes were $4,000 estimates (meanwhile, the owner is on vacation). So sorry that modern cars have cameras and sensors in the bumper! The attendant was working alone at the time, and told me so afterward and said he rushed me through because he was frazzled. Do NOT take your car through Otto's. If it is damaged, they'll give you a hard time, even though we all know they carry business insurance for this very reason. You'll be hearing from my attorney.

Pros:  - He comes to you, so the worry of having to drop your vehicle off, find a ride or waste time waiting around is eliminated - His prices are very competitive. - He explained his requirements for the service, recommendations, provided knowledgeable insight on the service and vehicle, and provided a quality finished product. - For a Full Detail Service it took him and his son approximately 2 hours and 32 minutes to complete. Cons: Due to his busy schedule I had to wait 6 days for the service.  He gave me a rough estimate as far as the time he would be able to arrive to do the service. It was longer than I had hoped, however he made multiple calls to keep me updated of the delays. *Note: in the reviews there were complaints of unprofessionalism, response competency and appearance.  As far as the complaints are concern, the man may not be an English major, or wear a tuxedo to the job, however he is an auto detail specialist and I highly recommend him based on work ethic, pricing, and most important finished product.
