This review is for the drive thru car wash. We have been going here for about two years and have always been happy with the wash. People at the front are always friendly and do a really good job of prewashing the car - getting the bugs off the front, the road dirt that collects on the back of the car, etc.. We usually do the $12 wash and have always been happy with it. The vacuums are always working and there are always plenty of towels to wipe down your car if you are so inclined. I went looking for a car wash and drove into this place. The wash was fine. You pay at a machine outside and it was fine They had signs everywhere saying,free vacuum. As I pulled over after the wash to use the vacuum, a employee not wearing a mask told me, and right up to my face, said, you. You have to get a $20.00 wash to get a free wash. I asked how much to buy a vacuum service.? He said, follow me to the office. As I followed him, I noticed two employees started going into my car without permission and not wearing masks and pulling mats and start to spray or clean inside my car. I said, whoa!!! Get out of if my car .i did not give you permission and you could be spraying Covid all over my car interior. He said, you should have told me, you didn't want our services. I said you should have ASKED me first to go in my car and if I wanted the service and up front how much it was for it! I then asked how much to let use the vacuum? He said, $20.00! I've gone to this Carwash several times while I was pregnant because I physically couldn't clean my own car and they were the only one in the area at the time. The first time I went my bran new car came out with black scuffs on it, every other time it looked like it needed to go back through. Then my husband took his car and it came out with a flat tire! The tire could not even be fixed because the air spout was cut off! The vehicle had to towed from the Carwash and the only thing the owner had to say is nothing in his wash would do that!! I have also heard other people complaining about their cars being damaged and they got the same response. I wish we would have picked up on others complaints! I usually goto beach clean in SRB but they were closed so I tried this place out. More expensive than my usual place but maybe a little quicker. But that's because I had vacuumed my car the day before going there so they didn't have much vacuuming to do. They also didn't clean the seats, which I'd paid for. The vacuuming job they I guess didn't do was well crap because there was still stuff on the floors. Also emptied my change out of my change holder and didn't place it back. Didn't fold down the back seat or clean it or vacuum it at all. But did lift up the other one and managed to leave things under it so they got crushed, including the cup holder for my new stroller, completely crushed. Windows were still streaky and the wash job wasn't that great either. There was still dirt on the car that I was able to wipe off easily so not sure how it was missed. Great service is all I can say about this place. You can't expect quality in my opinion when you go to a location that is purely based on tourism. So when I had my car cleaned from the road trip into town, I didn't expect them to do a great job removing the bugs off the front of my Audi. However, they did a fantastic job and removed all bugs and looked as if I hadn't even travelled in it for our vacation... and the prices are reasonable in comparison to the Dallas area. If you don't mind your car being crashed into another, check them out. First, they were so busy my car crashed into a Porsche at the end of the conveyer line, causing it to crash into a Jeep. Next, they charged me a $2 fee for having an SUV and after running my car through their wash twice it still was covered in soap. This ended with the manager telling me my mid size SUV was too big for their machines. They did a great job buffing out the scratches from the accident though. read more

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations. When I got I to my car I was not pleased. My driver side tires weren't clean, there was sand in my car still, and my passenger side front floor mat was still dirty. I paid for the president wash and paid an extra $2 bc I had an SUV. I could have done a better job for less at a do-it yourself wash. The top of my car is still dirty too. So, the extra $2 didn't ensure it was vacuumed thoroughly or that it was completely clean. Stay away! I've used this car wash three times. Each time they charged me (and others) an extra fee for over-sized vehicle. I have a Honda CRV sub-compact. When I questioned them about the charge they routinely add the fee to all vehicles to make more money. Then to add insult to an already bad situation, they stole money out of my console two times... thus I have not returned, nor ever will. OMG! What the hell did you do to the car wash? Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I stopped in today and it is completely reconfigured. I paid $35.00 for full service and got a mediocre wash and I had to vacuum it myself. No one was around! They had 1 guy at the entry gate, and 1 girl in the vacuum area that I saw as I was leaving. Unbelievable crappy service for $15.00 more. I went inside and there was no one around. Just pitiful service. I expect you'll be closing your doors in 6 months, due to other car washes in the area that are cheaper and do a much better job. This place is right down the road from me, so I end up coming here a lot. Mostly everyone is very polite & helpful, they even have cool things like; if it rains within 24hrs of your wash they'll rewash the exterior, & coming back within 14/10/7 days they'll cut a couple bucks off the wash, even have a punch card where after your seventh or eighth wash you get a free one. I got the wash & go deal and after my car was washed I went to vacuum out my car. Two employee vehicles were sitting in front of the first two vacuums and only 1 vacuum was left open. As I started vacuuming my car, I smelled a strong scent of vomit. The smell was coming from the vacuum hose. I wasn't able to properly clean my car because I was afraid the vomit smell coming through the hose would cause my whole car to smell. :-( read more

I went there yesterday. Staff seemed pleasant. I tipped them $5.00 up front when I paid. Timing seemed good. When I went to pick up my car, the front still had mud on it. I asked the manager and after he looked at it, he told me that this mud would not come off. I asked it I could borrow a towel and see. It took some elbow grease but I began to clean it. I mentioned that it seemed odd that the customer was now cleaning his own car while he and his "team" watched. He went off! He got profane. He told me that it was not his job to clean mud off cars. I could go on and on about how horrible the experience was as he badgered me while I worked on my own car. Eventually, one of his workers pitched in (on her own) and I thanked her for her help. I told him that this would not look good on Yelp. He told me he'd be waiting to see it and respond back. Well, after seeing the other comments on this page this morning, I can see that he takes no more time looking at Yelp for feedback than he spends trying to make things right for his customers. My recommendation is to pass on this car wash and take your business elsewhere. If I can find the corporate office for them, I will talk with them directly. read more

Keep your valuables! They do a fairly good job of washing your car and sometimes ok with interior... but, if you leave anything of value inside (money, gps, etc.) do not go there for your car wash. Two times, I've had my coin slot emptied out. They also charge you for "over-size" which includes compact cars... it's deception at it best with Executive Car Wash. The last time I was there I took our Honda CRV with a Honda description (from the manufacturer) stating it was a compact car. They refused to take the "over-size" charge off, stating "to them" it was a large vehicle!!??? I left and have not returned. I've heard from others of similar thefts, over-charges, damages, and poor services and the management refuses to acknowledge or remedy these issues. It is very sad that locals are the only ones privy to all of this leaving vacationers to be duped. read more
