I was very impressed with the level of customer service. They were able to get my windshield (with…read morerain sensor) overnighted. I called 5 shops around the wire grass and J & M were the second lowest cost, the most professional and accommodating, and the only shop that was able to get it done the next day so I could get out of town. The least expensive shop was only cheaper by 20 bucks and they gave me a time estimate of 3-5 days and were very unprofessional and unorganized on the phone. I would not have trusted my car with them even if they could have gotten it done in the time I needed. Everyone I dealt with at J & M were extremely polite and professional. They even picked me up from my house so my wife wouldn't have to wake our daughter from her nap and transferred my DOD decal to my new windshield saving me a trip to post. I will only call J&M next time.

With a small child and two dogs in the house, this level of carelessness is nothing short of negligent. I wasn't home when the technician arrived due to medical reasons, but the mess he left speaks volumes. Given the broken glass shards I observed during his initial measurement visit, which I spent an hour cleaning up myself, I assumed someone would learn from that mistake after notifying them of this initial oversight. Clearly, I was wrong (unfortunately I didn't take pictures). All I asked for was a simple apology to acknowledge their mistake. When I reached out, the owner flatly refused to apologize, stating "we cannot apologize." To claim an apology is off the table after compromising a customer's safety is an astonishing display of arrogance and disregard. Needless to say, I will never use Watson Glass Co. again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who expects professional service and basic human decency.

We called to try to schedule an appointment to get a crack in our windshield fixed. They scheduled…read moremy wife for 1pm and so she showed up at 1pm to be told that no one was there to fix it. The man told her that someone might be back by two, but he didn't really know, so just to come back at 2. She came back at 2 for another man to tell her that a nickel sized crack where a rock hit was too large and that they could work on it, but wouldn't be able to warranty the work. I do not appreciate the customer service or them giving my wife with our three kids the run around. The crack still looks about like it did when we took it and we are out $65. I generally try to give local businesses the work over chain stores, but I will be doing business with safelite from here on out.

We need a new windshield in our truck - it can't be driven into a place as it does not currently…read morehave one - i called on Friday to see if SafeLite could come to our home and replace the windshield (they will not let you speak to someone in Dothan) the appointment was scheduled for Monday between noon and 5. We were actually able to get a hold of the local Dothan office Monday morning and they said they can't do service calls outside of the shop - we have to bring it in. So if you think you are going to get someone to come to your home of place of business by calling the customer service center (even though it is the local number) try and get a hold of the local folks to confirm that appointment as customer service has not a clue as to what they are capable of doing locally.
