When the shipper came, the car wasn't fully put back together: several items were installed improperly, part of the grille was tossed in the passenger seat, and the car was absolutely filthy. The air conditioner repair (the whole reason it was in the shop) still wasn't working -- again, after six weeks. I'll concede this is a classic car, but if you don't have the expertise to work on one, you shouldn't agree to provide service.

After they diagnosed it I was told it was the transmission. Had them start to replace the transmission then received a call to come in. Got there and they showed me a pan that had oil and chunks of metal in it and they told me the Transfer case is bad also. SOB, I KNEW IT!!! Transmission was probably fine. So now, both got replaced. Another issue.... While removing the turbo intake tube, it somehow broke. I was told it was broken before and someone glued it, but I examined it and I know what a stretched plastic break looks like, that's exactly what happened to it during removal. Then they tried to charge me $350 for a new one. I wasn't happy, but I obtained one from Lakeland Ford for $175 and they installed it. Fast forward, literally 3 days after I took possession of my vehicle and out of the blue, my front driver side CV axle is spraying grease all over the inside of my wheel. Please keep in mind that the ONLY issue I was having with my vehicle was a surge between 35-50 mph. No leaks of any kind. Once they touched my vehicle, I started having these issues. Just one more reason I try and do all my own work. I WILL NOT go back to them, unless it's under the warranty and I WILL NOT recommend them to ANYONE!
