I dropped off a tire to get replaced and when I picked it up they were adamant that the service guy load it into my vehicle. When I got home I realized why. They replaced a Light Truck (LT) tire with a regular one and now my 3/4 ton truck has one tire that is NOT a load range E tire. That new tire can only support 1700 lbs instead of 2700 lbs. I would like to believe the technicians know what load range means at a professional tire shop. So disappointed and done with Jim Whaley tire in Enterprise. Best customer service ever! Firestone did a poor patching job after a few weeks and when i called them to tell them what happened I got " we're too busy today and tomorrow and it's going to have to wait until mo day " I couldn't wait as I had work and took it to jim Whaley . I was in and out in 30 min . The response team on Saturday was amazing and I'm so grateful. You now have a forever client . Oh and Firestone charged me 30.00 for the patch and Jim Whaley charged me zero bucks! read more

I took my truck to them for some brake work and they ended up damaging my hood and scratching the paint off the vent cowl. After a week of trying to talk to the manager about it he said they didn't do it. Basically calling me a lair. I've given them so much business for 12 years. Bought 5 sets of tires and had my other vehicles serviced there. They didn't seem concerned about losing my business. I'm going to take them small claims court. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to any Jim Whaley especially the one in Enterprise, AL. read more

Really fast and affordable. The people there are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I spoke to the lady in the front in regards to a tire, i drove up there, gave then the tire, and they had it repaired in minutes. I will definately be doing business there for now on. read more

Awesome. Courteous. SERVICE. We were on our way back to Atlanta from Florida when we heard and felt some crazy metal-on-metal rubbing coming from the driver-side front wheel. The techs diagnosed the issue very quickly, shored things up to get us at least back home, and told us what parts we'd need to order to square the issue away permanently. prices are a little high compared to there competition. but there service is 1st rate. I've taken tires to them to be fixed. but they refuse to let me pay. a friend took his car to them to have it fixed. they misdiagnosed the problem. but they paid for the part and ate the labor. top that read more

Update: Was losing air pressure in a tire and noticed just around 5:50. Quickly drove from main street to their shop and even though it was 2 minutes to close, they looked at the car, reset all the air in the tires, and fixed the problem. There was a nail in one of the tires. Cost next to nothing to fix. They really went out of their way to stay and make sure I could drive home safely. Love these guys and gals! read more

I wouldn't recommend them to have your alignment serviced. They told me my alignment was off, it wasn't. I get my car and the measurements when I turned my car in and when I picked it up were the same. They charged me $60 to park my car on the machine and didn't align anything. Waste of my time and money. Go somewhere reputable, anywhere but here. read more

Worst service ever. My husband took our car in tonight for an oil change. After he had taken it to a different shop to have the oil changed because the last time we went to Jim Whaleys to have them look at my air conditioner, the tech smoked in my car and the woman behind the counter tried to hide it. Even though I saw with my own eyes and after saying something to her, she said I most have been mistaken. Anyways, so tonight when my husband had to bring the car back to Jim W because they broke the oil plug when they changed the oil on it the last time, they denied having broke it, asked who said to bring it to them and when my husband told the Manager that Wal-Mart said to being it to them, because of the broken oil plug. He laughed and said there was no way they knew what they (Wal Mart) were talking about. So after arguing with my husband for about 20 mins, they then proceeded to change the oil which took another hour. When my husband asked them what was taking so long they said it is because they had to go somewhere else to get the part because who ever changed the oil before ( THEM) broke the oil plug. After all of that they still charged us a whooping 40 dollars at full price and didn't offer a discount or an apology. IN FACT when my husband tried to get up with who he thought was a district manager to complain, the manager from this ENTERPRISE store called my husband back and went off on him!! Telling him my husband was wrong to call and complain and he was naot going to get a refund. SO if you like bad service, liars and people smoking in your car while its supposed to be serviced go on, take your care here. JUST AWFUL!!!! Shame on you Jim Whaley of Enterprise, SHAME! read more
