I needed to drop my wife back at work right away and just made it seem inconvenient. Once I was gone the service adviser later called me and asked about random services that printed out with the sheet to get done. I.e.: engine coolant flush, replace spark plugs and replace fluids. Josh did a good job of catching these, otherwise I think I would have had some free fluid and plugs... The more baffling part is I never asked for any of this, and why would anyone do this at 60K miles? I have no issues with plugs, misfiring etc.... I would like the appointment people to care a little more about what I am saying and actually listen. If I have another experience like this I can take my business to Child's Automotive down the road, who will do the job better and cheaper (and oem parts if I want). They said " I will get home two hours away " if we can't fix this today. They found a part from a similar GM model and made the minor modifications to make it fit. They said GM uses the same fittings the hose for this model is a little longer we will just have bend it a little to fit in the space. I have lived all over the US and finding a GOOD mechanic is a challenge to say the least. If possible I will drive 150 miles back to have these folks fix my car if I can again. Every person who needs a mechanic should use these folks, they will do only the work necessary and not rip you off. May God Bless these folks with more business.
