Honest mechanics that do great work for a fair price. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Enterprise area!

I've been here three times in about the last year or so, I heard they were good. First time was for an alignment, second time I asked them to pressure test for a coolant leak, last time for tire mount and balance. First visit I had no issues. Second visit they were unable to find the leak, so I took it to the Ford dealership and they were able to find and fix the same day (spoiler alert, it was the heater core hose, guys). Last visit earlier this year I took in wheels and tires for mount and balance. They had them for a month before I just came and took them back to try somewhere else. They were able to get 3/4 of them done. They absolutely destroyed the finish on all four of the wheels, so severely in fact that in some places the metal surface of the wheel is also damaged. Against my better judgement, when I was asked if they could use ether to help seat the bead, I trusted them and said "do what you gotta do". Well, the guy used so much of the stuff it appears that the sidewall of one of the tires actually caught on fire. Goodbye warranty. This also destroyed the tire pressure monitor so completely that it doesn't even know what a psi is anymore. Tremendously disappointed to have had my things treated this way. Here's the kicker, I was still charged for mount and balance x4 even though they couldn't get the last one finished. I had to take it to Discount Tire in Dothan to finish the job. Which they did, by the way in about an hour. I guess it helps when you've got the right equipment and know what you're doing. Who knew? Aside from the poor work ethic there was absolutely no communication from them during the entire month they had the wheels and tires. Moral of the story is find a different shop. Had these guys put a new motor and transmission in my truck plus other fixes here and there! Highly recommend this place! Majority of mechanics there are very knowledgeable old heads that care about you and your car and will go above and beyond for you, not a bunch of kids experimenting with life! Toke 3 hours to change my tires and charged me for taking off my old tries but no one up there asked me abt it they charged me a extra 26 dollars because of that.that is ridiculous I've never had anyone do that to me and when I called to talk abt they had a attitude.slow service extra I wouldn't recommend this place they have no respect for customers read more

I only heard great things about this place. This past year took the vehicle in and they said they fixed it. Paid my money and a few days later, same issue. They said bring it back and I did. They do not take appts so you just drop off in the morning and hope they remember you. They still did not fix it. Told to drop off a 3rd time and after a week, I called to ask about it and they had not even touched it. I drove by a week and a half after they had it and it was still parked in the same spot. At almost 3 weeks, I called and they said they couldn't figure it out. When I went to get it, it was still parked in the same spot. They not only do not make appts but they don't remember your name or what you brought your vehicle in for. I would steer clear of this place. I don't know how they have remained in business as long as they have to be honest. Do your homework and don't just take word of mouth or how long a business has been there. Hard lesson learned for me. Oh, and I did take it elsewhere and had it back in 2 days and no more issues. read more

Love this place! I'm always weary of going to new mechanics since I no nothing about cars- I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of in prices and labor. However that was not the case at Dack. My head gasket blew and these gentleman replaced it and cleaned it for the same price Firestone quoted me. And Firestone even offered me a military discount and Dack was still cheaper. Not only is the pricing great but the mechanics there are amazing and so sweet. I was stuck there for 4 hours and they came to update me on the status of my car on the hour! A couple months later my car got towed to Dack due to a faulty starter and I had my car in three days (they had to fit me in) with a new starter for a great price. Great prices, knowledgeable mechanics, and good people. Will definitely be back for an oil change soon read more
