Several reasons to recommend VT:…read more They're honest, plain and simple. When they came to my house to work on my RV, they got right to it. Within minutes, they diagnosed the problem and had it running again. They could have easily told me something major was wrong, but instead, they were upfront and fixed only what needed attention. Victor, an army veteran, clearly knows his stuff--his knowledge, skill, and professionalism go beyond what you might expect at first glance. They were commissioned by Title Max to repo my car for a missed payment on a title loan- ok…read more However they should up at 10pm the windows were down in my car- the keys were obviously not in the car- my purse was in the car, my debit card everything. Our dogs did not hear the non existent knock on our door/camera. We were asleep. And the knock was not even on the door. When we reached out to the repo manager he became very argumentative and said he didn't have to allow us to get personal items out of the vehicle etc. we paid what was owed on Tuesday. Mind you it had been raining since they picked up the car on Sunday- so Sunday night, Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We asked title max they said they couldn't give us any information as to who even had the car - we even told them the windows were down. When we got the car back late Thursday afternoon the interior of the car is drenched, will need to be deep cleaned to get all the mildew smell out and also the water out. There is a possibility the electronics in the door panels may end up going bad as they had water going straight into them for 4 days. I've dealt with other repo company's , tow company's ( including working for them) and when a cars windows are not rolled up typically they are tarped to prevent damage. When we picked up the car Garret was the one who met us and all he could say was it's hard to get good help. Then do the work yourself because someone like the person who did this will run your company into the ground.
