Who I had been talking with. I called, and kept going by there checking on my car. I was talk to as if I was bothering him about My car. He said to me I got your number. Meaning dont come here I will call you.I let that go. So I waited, and waited finally Keith calls me.He tells me I need a starter, and a pigtail. I told him there is nothing wrong with my starter and asked him what is a pigtell? Then he tells Me to go and buy them what!. 10 minutes later he calls me back and tells me I dont need a starter which I knew just the pigtail. Like a fool I go to a couple of auto parts stores looking for this part that I have no idea what it looks like. I call him and ask what does it look like? He tells me he will call me back.Turns out I dont need a pigtail. It gets better.He tells me my car is ready. If you could have seen all the oil, and grease hand prints under the hood,on the hood, all over the car front and back, and on the inside doors, and dashboard, and mud on the floor.My car looked like it came out of a salvage yard.Then I see something hanging from underneath my car. The sound, and dust covers under my car were not fastened back on.So it's just flaping around underneath my car. Oh I almost forgot. He would not take my debit card. He wanted me to pay him in cash. Im sure the tax man would want to know about that. My car is not fixed. I have taken it to another shop to have it repaird. Keith you have 14 days from today to pay me back every dime I paid you plus my court court cost if we go to court.If not I will see you in court shortly. This is not a threat this is a promise.

I paid Harolds 1250.00 to rebuild the trans in my little ford truck. The trans ran and shifted…read morefine, but I wanted him to go through it and rebuild it. My main 'issue' was that it was leaking trans fluid from the connection where the fill tube entered the case. Upon paying them after 'completion', I went to start the truck, a ranger, and the starter ground and stopped with the flexplate. It was also still leaking fluid from same place. Found that their mechanic had put a washer on the bolt between the starter and bell housing, angling the starter, and the ensuing grinding on the flexplate. I Highly suggest not taking your vehicle there. they would not fix the starter issue and said to bring truck back.....days of quote repair, to fix leak. Danny Thompson 334-435-5055

There wasn't enough transmission fluid to register on the stick. It appears they didn't fill with transmission fluid after working on it. I'm very disappointed.

Went in with a shudder in my CVT transmission. They diagnosed it as an electrical problem with the…read moretransmission computer....the transmission was fine and was assured that it could be fixed. The service guy found the short and fixed it in a couple of days. When I called to see when I could pick it up all of a sudden it needed more parts and more time because now it's throwing another transmission code. 2 weeks later and $570 out of pocket I get it back. The shudder is gone but it won't shift out of 2nd gear and now the guy tells me the transmission is bad. NEVER take your vehicle to these people unless you have money to throw away!!!

Run away from this place. I had a transmission put in my travel vehicle (we broke down in Dothan)…read moreand it only had 6000 miles on the new one before it completely burned up due to them putting in a faulty torque converter. But because we don't drive this car much it had been 17 months (did I mention it only had 6000 miles on the "new" transmission). They refused to help me out at all on this and now I cant afford to repair the vehicle which is the only one large enough to carry my family so no vacation this year kids. You know a business that stands by their work would at least offer to cover some of the cost especially after admitting they were putting in faulty parts to begin with.
