I hired for a deep clean after moving into a new house and then monthly cleaning after that. They…read morewere super nice and friendly and did a good job for a few months. Then they began to miss little things, not dusting everything, not sweeping all the way under the cabinets in the kitchen but I let it go because they were so nice and I liked them. Then I began to notice some of the toilets were getting a ring right after they cleaned them and the tub drains and walls didn't look like they had been washed, nor were they spending much time back there. I realized that since these were guest bathrooms and it's just me most of the time, they weren't cleaning them if they looked clean. Then the last time they came, I had had major shoulder surgery when they came. Discovered they had not cleaned the urine under the toilet seats, a tub that had pink shaving cream still on it and a dirty drain, had left crumbs in the kitchen all the way around, had not dusted thoroughly, had missed cleaning 2 mirrors, had not vacuumed the stairs, had not cleaned the upstairs bathroom at all, and several other things. Because I was injured and am allergic to dust, I texted the owner and asked her what to do as I was unable to do fix these things. She argued with me, said she had never received a complaint. I sent her pictures and asked if she would please stop by so she could see. She said the girls had taken pictures that didn't match mine and basically implied I was lying. Why would I lie? I again offered for her to come by so we could figure it out but she said she could send me their pictures and that I should find someone else. I have never been treated this way, especially when I was really nice about it, because I was concerned and confused about what to do and I liked them. Plus to side with your employees without checking their work and tell your customer to find someone else? Not only did she not try to find a solution, she did not offer a refund or even a partial one considering they did not do the full job they are supposed to.
