The company will do all the ordering and labor down to the last nail. They also let you choose to work with a specific vendor for an item or two, or do some of the easier tasks yourself (like painting). They were very flexible and my budget really appreciated that. They also are very good about staying in contact and being open to questions. This was my first experience working with a company and I had A LOT of questions!
