Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.

I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings. Michelle did a good job, but he could have done a better job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after himself and his crew. Overall, Michale did a good job. I would recommend him.
