I had one issue with a seam and leak once we got a good rainfall. I text Adam and it was fixed immediately. I found these guys to be very trustworthy and responsive. My initial review from Google. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. I highly recommend Hathcock Home Services for your home improvement and maintenance needs. We will use them again.

Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.

He called ahead on the appointment dates, he was on time, did the drywall repairs, came back after drying overnight and then painted the walls. If I had known to take down the ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures before he scraped the old popcorn off the ceiling we would have paid for someone to come out and do that. The value for the job was reasonable considering he's only been doing this for four years. I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings. Michelle did a good job, but he could have done a better job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after himself and his crew. Overall, Michale did a good job. I would recommend him.
