I have used this team on 2 different potential investment properties and could not be more happy with my experience. The inspection reports are thorough, the communication is wonderful -- the phone call detailing my report was simply masterful regarding a 100 year old duplex and the challenges it presented. They truly do give piece of mind and I feel like I am in good hands. While being thousands of miles away the reports Alabama Home InspeXions provided me made me feel I visited the property in person. My husband and I encourage you to stop your search for a home inspector and choose this home owned company. Mr. Swan assisted our family last minute. He was very kind in our initial conversation. His demeanor remained absolutely pleasant during the additional phone calls and throughout the duration of our home inspection. My husband and I were present for the home inspection, which lasted a few hours. They checked everything from the foundation to the roof, which included gutters, appliances, outlet operation, etc..
