I said either would be great and started the discussion as how to payment would be made. Time is ALWAYS important in these matters as for a purchase you only have so many days to determine to stay or go. Didn't hear a word from them. Finally at the end of the week I asked why neither I nor the broker heard from them. Late Thursday night they responded with that they didn't like the payment method I suggested. I agreed to whatever method they liked, as we were the better part of a week later. Didn't hear a peep from them, call, text message, voice mail or email! Finally had to get someone else at last minute who DID seem to give a damn about their customers.
