They haven't done anything that I would deem worthy of the term "investigating" other than taking off a few switch covers and saying,"everything looks fine". (It's not). I've made videos of the flickering and noise, and have requested that they actually look at a panel or something. I'm not pleased. Responsiveness: It's impossible to get them to call you back when they tell you that they will, and at this point I'm not calling again. Unlike other contractors I had give me a quote that simply looked at the house and threw a figure at me Mickey measured the interior of the house, asked questions regarding room usage, etc., and told me he would get me a quote in a couple of days. I ended up going with his quote even though another quote was below him...I'm glad I did as I've had personal experience with the work quality of the other company. In twenty years I've had to have two service trips on my geothermal system...once for ants in it and just recently when the blower motor went out. Again, on time and his work was top notch. I've had him install a used split-system on a mobile home we set up for my mother-in-law. This was right around the time the geothermal system was installed.
