That shows he is willing and able to do big jobs and small. Frank has always been prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable/skilled in his work. He sticks to his timeline and his quote. (THAT is refreshing!) His employees are always courteous and display a good work ethic. On this last job Frank even did some extra work as a courtesy, at no charge to us!
