When you first walk in you feel as if you're walking up to someone's cute little house in the south. It has a large porch area with chairs out front. Then when you step inside it's massive! I walked through room after room with different themes and color schemes. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I could shop in there for hours. I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. However, I was purchasing a piece of smaller furniture for a garden display. - long story short after treating me like garbage and making me wait beyond ( a half hour beyond) my turn they finally managed to ring me up. It took an hour 15 minutes to purchase an item at the posted discount. i am a 70 year old woman with a toddler and could carry the item myself. In addition (Once again) - the woman behind the counter failed to pack all the items I paid for!!! which I discovered when 130 miles away - too late to turn back. -adding insult to injury the staff acted like I was a thief or undesirable. This stunned me because far more upscale shops remember me and welcome my presence. I do not believe ladies ever treat an older customer who has purchased from them over the years in the way I have endured. I'm tired of excusing the shoddy behavior, lack of service and routine failure to pack what I purchase. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this deteriorating standards of merchandise establishment. I will travel to other areas in the future and so should you. I went in to purchase quilting fabric. Even though the store was a mad house, the fabric section had no one aside from me and the person at the fabric counter. She couldn't be bothered to assist me and answer my questions. "What we have is what's there!" She was busy with satin bolts presumably cutting for someone who was not currently in the department. I was relegated to short curt answers, and when she realized I was put out with her attitude, she did offer to order more of the fabric I had requested. By this time, I was so upset over her treatment of me I decided to go elsewhere and will not return.

At checkout the clerk, along with another clerk refused to give the discount for the lifebouy stating that it wasn't wood or metal. The manager agreed so I let them keep the merchandise. I went to the one in Dothan and had no problem there. The Enterprise store won the battle, but lost the war. We have probably spent more than $1,000 there, but will not receive our business anymore.
