I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. Since I most likely won't be back in this part of town, they gave me a printout of all the designers and warehouses they order from to get pieces shipped to me, so that was awesome.

I picked up the headboard and footboard got it home and unpacked it when I noticed it was cracked and the post was misaligned (see photos). Badcock offered me $100 for the brand new headboard that I had just paid $900 for. The store manager was rude and unhelpful. Called the other store and asked to speak with the GM but no return call. I told him that that kind of treatment did not encourage me to buy anything at his store. He just walked off and left us standing there and refused to wait on us. We then went to the back counter to talk to a young lady that was willing to help us. As we were talking, the rude, arrogant condescending employee came up and interrupted my wife, me and the female employee saying, "I got them!" I told him that he had walked off and was too much of a smart ellick for us to deal with him further and that I would prefer that we dealt with the female employee who was being very helpful to us.
