They have three great machine brands to choose from: Bernina, Baby Loc, and Juki. You could not go wrong with any of these brands and when bought there you have free classes on your machine and Owner's Club once a month for instruction and fun. We were immediately impressed with the fact that everyone was sure to say hello, I love that ( such a simple gesture yet it sets the tone of great customer service). We started looking around and were able to look without any pressure. We also noticed that the prices were better than the competition. We chose the washer and dryer and refrigerator we were interested in were helped immediately. They were able to deliver to us in one day. The young man that was to deliver it was very nice and extremely polite. Because we were in a new home we assumed that we would be able to get a refrigerator as large as the one that was there already however when it was installed we were unable to open the freezer! To be fair this was totally our fault because the lady that put our order together asked several times whether we were sure that we had a space that would work for the refrigerator. Dillon our delivery/installer was so helpful with us deciding how to proceed. He kept us calm and we decided that we would go back to the store the next day. He took measurements of the space so that when we came in the next day he spent as much time as we needed to figure out what our best option would be. As if that wasn't enough he delivered our refrigerator and stove on his day off. Super nice super professional Arrived on time and called us when he was on the way. I asked their opinion on what the best washer is now with the features that I want and they immediately told me and found 2 places where it was on sale. They went over and above to help me. The service call was less than $100.

They came out and provided me with a quote and ordered part. They failed to contact me so I called…read morethem and asked if they had the part. They said yes and scheduled to come out in a few hours. They replaced the part however they DESTROYED my bifold door (new) and scratched my door frame. The bifold door is completely unusable. See pictures. I know accidents happen HOWEVER Hudson did not bother to tell me this happened. He happily charged my credit card for the rest of the service call and merrily went on his way. THIS IS NOT HONEST WORK. THIS IS MASSIVE DAMAGE THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR. and, again at the very least, they should have told me they broke the bottom of the door.
