We were immediately impressed with the fact that everyone was sure to say hello, I love that ( such a simple gesture yet it sets the tone of great customer service). We chose the washer and dryer and refrigerator we were interested in were helped immediately. They were able to deliver to us in one day. The young man that was to deliver it was very nice and extremely polite. Because we were in a new home we assumed that we would be able to get a refrigerator as large as the one that was there already however when it was installed we were unable to open the freezer! To be fair this was totally our fault because the lady that put our order together asked several times whether we were sure that we had a space that would work for the refrigerator. Dillon our delivery/installer was so helpful with us deciding how to proceed. He kept us calm and we decided that we would go back to the store the next day. He took measurements of the space so that when we came in the next day he spent as much time as we needed to figure out what our best option would be.
