The serviceman (Ethan) was very professional, explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. An hour and a half later my AC was up and running and we didn't have to spend the evening sweating. The bill was very reasonable. They will be my go to for any future problems. Thank you Ethan. I thought I would probably have to wait another day for them to come out since the temperatures were so high and they had calls from a lot of people, but a guy came shortly after lunch the same day I called. He fixed it within 30 minutes. That's the 3rd time I have used them. Once a few years ago for my A/C. Same GREAT service then also, and once for my refrigerature. All three times they were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. As long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. I have a story about an untruth someone told me from another A/C repair place but I'll leave that alone for now.

I called on Tuesday 7/14/2026 and talked with a woman about my repair. She told me that the part was on order and should be in by Wednesday 7/15/2026. She said she would call me. Well, Wednesday came and went, no part and no call. I paid the company $406.69 in advance in good faith for the repair service. It only took them a few hours to deposit my money in their account. So much for trusting people like this. I found my part on Amazon for $93.25 and could have it in 3 days. Today is 7/16/2026 and it has been 9 days now and I'm still waiting. I guess it's court time. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY !!!

( and jc appliance repair ) i think that they ? should fix my freezer and pay me for my headaches and inconveniences. allstate protection plan told me that my freezer ( i bought it 10/31/25 ) was still under manufacturing warranty not my allstate plan. ???
