We have since heard that he does this regularly. Even a supply place he uses has said he owes them so much money. It is sad. It sure doesn't seem to bother him though.

I thought I would probably have to wait another day for them to come out since the temperatures were so high and they had calls from a lot of people, but a guy came shortly after lunch the same day I called. He fixed it within 30 minutes. That's the 3rd time I have used them. Once a few years ago for my A/C. Same GREAT service then also, and once for my refrigerature. All three times they were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. As long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. I have a story about an untruth someone told me from another A/C repair place but I'll leave that alone for now.
