He would never return to do the repair or return her call or said he would be there and never show up. She kept Meticulous records of trying to contact him AND had the check that he cashed! We contacted him because we knew him. He wouldn't follow through with what he said he would do. Contacted him again months later. He said he would bring the money the next day. Of course, he has not. We have since heard that he does this regularly. Even a supply place he uses has said he owes them so much money. It is sad. It sure doesn't seem to bother him though.

They said yes and scheduled to come out in a few hours. They replaced the part however they DESTROYED my bifold door (new) and scratched my door frame. The bifold door is completely unusable.
