I thought I would probably have to wait another day for them to come out since the temperatures were so high and they had calls from a lot of people, but a guy came shortly after lunch the same day I called. He fixed it within 30 minutes. That's the 3rd time I have used them. Once a few years ago for my A/C. Same GREAT service then also, and once for my refrigerature. All three times they were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. As long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. I have a story about an untruth someone told me from another A/C repair place but I'll leave that alone for now.

The delivery guy was very knowledgeable, honest and wel mannered and genuinely cared about giving us good service, making sure it was perfect and teaching us how it should be moved in the future to not damage anything. He was the young guy with red hair in case the managers read this, he deserves recognition!
