Well with that said they set up a plan to come back on Thursday morning to get the job done. They exactly what I asked them to do to it. They did really good job getting it done. I have used Gerald's company for years until this passed year and unfortunately I had not one but…read morethree very bad experiences with them. I called because I had a drain back up. When the guy arrived he said they may need to get a camera to see where the blockage was. I have a cleanout valve at the rear of the house just below the bathroom window. He took the cap off and snaked out the line which opened it up briefly. Charged me like 600.00 which I didn't complain about it because it needed to be done. Me knowing nothing about plumbing was glad to get the problem fix however little did I know it was far from being fixed and when he got thru with what he did to the line he left the cap off of the clean out me not knowing there should be a cap on it never realized it until my back yard started filling up with sewage. Called them again they come back out and without ever admitting what he had done he told me I need a clean out drain between the house and the street and once again me not knowing allowed him to do the work again it was a little over 600.00 once again he left and did not put the cap on the rear clean out. Called them again and he said he would have to get the camera and that would cost extra to come out to see where the problem was so I call AZ pluming they came right away sent their camera down found the problem in the ft flower bed was yet another clean out valve and a neighbor kid told them where he had seen Vinson dig but never was mentioned to me but that was the problem it was clogged in less than an Hour they had it fixed put a cap on the back clean out valve and were shocked Vinson had left it open for the previous two calls and my bill was under 200.00. Problem fixed and will never use VINSON AGAIN....Highly recommend AZ plumbing
