We were very impressed with their professional experience, flexibility to meet our limited schedule and meet our demanding expectations. They surpassed our expectations and our carpet was returned to its original brilliance not to mention they removed spots from several seat cushions and other unexpected services. We paid Stanley Steemer $2,000 to clean our entire house of hardwoods and tile bathrooms. They were in and out in about an hour and not only were the bathrooms not even touched, but they gauged our brand new hardwood floor. When I called their office and very calmly explained the situation the manager that I spoke to was so incredibly rude to me I could not even believe it. He mocked me, scoffed at me, and laughed while denying that they damaged our floors. I could barely respond to him I was so uncomfortable. He then blocked my number as well as my fiancés number who tried to call him several times. We finally got in touch with corporate who said that they would have them come back out and redo the entire service free of charge. When they showed up to our house to redo the service they REFUSED to do it for free and said that they would have to charge us. Again, the manager denied gauging our floors and claimed that he would have to charge us for the service because we didn't call in the "10 day grace period". We called so many times and never got an answer because our numbers were blocked! We finally just told them to leave because it was clear they weren't going to make things right. The total lack of competency, professionalism, and just general laziness of the Dothan branch is unacceptable. Needless to say I do not recommend Stanley Steemer of Dothan. Save your money!

She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. He wasted AN HOUR of my time when he knew from the moment he got out of my truck that he was not going to give me a quote!!! I give two stars because I did not disagree with spray foaming being a good idea, so I am not saying he is not somewhat knowledgeable, nor am I saying he does good install work. He also gave us a few months to pay. Next thing you know we received an email with the original price. We called and the clerk said discount was if we paid that same day. We explaining that wasn't what Mr. Hasty said. She claimed we misunderstood him. We mentioned he even allow us a few months. Again fell on def ears. Not only they are price gauging they added late fees and have put a lien on my property and Mr. Hasty no where to be found in all of this. Man has no word.
