i already left one review (. bad ). i live in phenix city al 3 miles from columbus ga that has probably or at least 100 repair shops so why did frigidaire manufacturing ask for a repairman in little ole hartford al ( with maybe 3 appliance repair shops ) approximately 150 miles away. phenix city al probably has 10 repair shops. part of the problem might be allstate protection plan and frigidaire manufacturing. ( and jc appliance repair ) i think that they ? should fix my freezer and pay me for my headaches and inconveniences. allstate protection plan told me that my freezer ( i bought it 10/31/25 ) was still under manufacturing warranty not my allstate plan. ??? read more

JC Appliance Repairs - Appliances & Repair Near Me

JC appliance is a scam Josh showed up to see what the problem was with my range( warranty repair) He said he needed to order a control board He never showed up and told Frigidaire that it had been repaired DO NOT use this company read more

I scheduled a repair through Frigidaire. They connected me with this guy. The original scheduled time would not work for me so I canceled and tried to reschedule, but he would never get back with me with his availability. I tried to submit another ticket through Frigidaire, but was told my repair had already been done. Come to find out, this company told Frigidaire they did the repairs, on June 23, which was a lie, because I was home all day and not a single person showed up to my house. Now I have to wait for Frigidaire's back office to research this because this is the only company that comes up for my area. read more

Scheduled a repair through Lowe's protection plan, never showed on the day of schedule and didn't receive any communication from them. Called Lowe's protection plan, called the number provided, even sent a text message. Nothing. Had to reschedule with another company through Lowe's protection plan. read more

Terrible! The guy was really nice, BUT we submitted a warranty service with Frigidaire on 12/4/25. He showed up 12/9/25, He told us it should be about a week for the part that was needed to come in. I waited 3 weeks and I called him and left a message. Since then I have called and texted on multiple occasions. He has never returned my text or call. I called Frigidaire they said he closed the ticket like he had fixed my appliance which he did not. I had to submit a new ticket and now have lost almost 3 months of my warranty for a appliance I have never been able to use. I understand some of these companies take time to pay the techs but that comes with the territory of warranty repairs. read more

These people who are part of Lowe's protection plan came out to look at our refrigerator. First off the appointment was scheduled for November 24th between 8-12. No one showed up and no one called so I text around 3:30 and he responded that a job ran longer than anticipated and ask if he could come the next day t day. So he comes on the next day looks at our refrigerator and says it needs a part but the part is usually on back order but he would check and get back with us. We never heard back so I called and no answer, I text and no response. Finally after a couple of tries he finally answers and says oh yes I remember you. He said he had to check his computer for the status of the part and would call me right back. He never called and when I tried calling him I got no answer and text and got no response. I ended up calling Lowe's and they reached out to him and I get an email from Lowe's saying they talked to the technician and that he came out on December 22nd and replaced 3 parts and the refrigerator was working when he left. He never came back after the initial visit!! So now after a month of waiting I have to have another company come out and start the process all over again. Now I usually don't leave reviews but this is totally unacceptable to me! I wouldn't recommend! read more

Josh responded quickly to our call and let us know he would get us on the schedule the same day. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what happened as soon as we explained the issue. He arrived, had the part, and was finished in 15 mins! He took credit cards, along with cash, which was convenient! read more
