I moved to Enterprise and was directed to Tim's Small Engine Repair. I took my Craftsman Riding…read morelawnmower over for a service before summer mowing season. Oil Change, Check belts, filters, level the cutting deck and new blades. I have never had a problem with this mower. When I got it back I heard strange noises when I was cutting the lawn. Later, when cutting, the engine smoked and choked a little. I took it back to Tim's and they kept it a few days and declared "all is well". The next time I started cutting my yard everything seemed okay until I had to stop to close the fence gate. When I stopped the mower it has never started again. I will never take another engine to this guy or recommend him to anyone. I paid him good money to "maintain my mower and now, I have to find someone who can fix his mess.

We had Stinnett come out to look into an issue with a potential leak at the interior unit. They…read morewere supposed to call me to let me know what was going on since we are the party responsible for fixing the unit and we are not local, but nobody ever called. I had to follow up several times with emails and phone calls over several days to find out what happened, only to find out they did some work without authorization, and never contacted me. They said they cleaned the coils and it fixed the leak. With the issue continuing, and with how things were handled the first time with Stinnett, I did not feel comfortable having them return and sent out a second company. The second company visited the property and found the evaporator coil stopped up. They said it was brushed by another company but the coil is impacted internally, requiring it to be pulled and cleaned outside with coil cleaner. The leak caused discoloration on the front panel which needs to be addressed, and they found an extremely dirty air filter. Neither of the issues were noted by Stinnett. How can one company provide such little information when doing the same assessment as another company, is what I'm struggling to understand. We have now paid for the service call and cleaning of the unit to Stinnett, and the service call to another company to find out what is actually going on. I'm extremely disappointed in the service Stinnett provided.

"Could you say that one more time? I couldn't understand--" I was hung up on. Don't give them your business, that people-facing staff member didn't seem to give a flying f about prospective customers. I called up Dothan PC afterwards, still incredulous at being hung up on, and received a call back within 10mins. I shakily explained what I needed, had some questions back and forth, and then they told me to stop by the shop and drop off the computer to assess it later this week. Was that so hard, PC Tech?
