We arrived 2 hours before closing and the place is clean. Miss Martha is the staff member on duty in the evenings and she is such a gem! She checked in on us regularly and gave us guidance on the machines. Sweet lady! This laundromat has a variety of machines. The prices range from $2.50 for the smallest washer up to $10 for a 100 lb load washer. There are several sizes and prices in between - $3.75, $4.75, $7.25, etc... up to $10.00. The machines accept both coins and credit card payments. A change machine and ATM are onsite. The washers we used ($3.75 & $4.75) and the cycle was completed in less than 30 minutes. The tub had plenty of water and my clothes came out clean. The spin cycle works really well. My clothes were barely wet when they came out of the washer from the great spin cycle. This means a shorter drying time. The dryers range from $1.00 - $2.00. I dried a large load on the low, delicate setting and they were dry 8 minutes before the time was up. I probably could have taken them out sooner. There are plenty of rolling laundry baskets and several fables to fold clothes on throughout the laundromat. This laundromat has a vending machine with laundry supplies ranging in price from $2.50 - $5.00. They also have a vending machine with beverages - milk, soda, fruit flavored drinks and water - for $1.00 each as well as one with snacks. Arcade games for adults and children help pass the time. They have ample parking available. Several parking spots in front of the building as well as plenty of room in the parking lot on the side of the building.

You can't have a small compact area with 20 dryers running and not think it's going to get hot. If your patrons are sweating sitting inside, you might need to turn the A/C on.

The washers had multiple options for prices/sizes and although the larger options were pricier 9.50/load they were updated, clean, could fit a lot, and had the option to download and app and pay on your phone instead of quarters. Driers were standard. Thankfully no Karen's to complain about mothers with children who have to go to the laundry mat and wash their clothes or people who probably honestly just don't want to talk to someone so simple minded.

The woman who pinned it informed me only after writing my receipt that she was not the actual seamstress, and that the seamstress would be taking a vacation between the time I dropped it off and wanted to pick it up. I would not have the dress in time for thanksgiving (when I needed it for,) so surely the day or two after, I thought. Wrong. She quoted me the 29th, TWELVE days after the drop-off date. That is obscene for such a simple job. If the shop was really that swamped with work, she should have informed me before taking my garment. Furthermore, the shop is only open for a very short window on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays, so I went to pick up my dress the following Monday (today.) The posted hours day the shop opens at 09:00, and I waited in the parking lot until 09:38 until someone came to open it. Absolutely the worst service ever, would not recommend to anyone. **UPDATE** after getting my dress back (unhemmed) I sat in my car in the parking lot writing this review and calling around to every alteration/tailoring shop in Enterprise, Dothan and Ozark to see if anyone could hem it as a rush order. It took me nearly 30 minutes, and the ENTIRE time I could see the woman through the window (presumably Kim, although I never got her name. Middle aged Asian woman) sitting with her legs crossed sipping tea/coffee doing no work at all. Now however she wants to run her business is up to her, but no wonder things take so long to get done! I left the parking lot at 10:11, and she was still sitting there with her legs crossed with her cup doing absolutely nothing. What a lazy, awful work ethic. I would literally rather try to see something myself than come here!

So a whole day went by. On visit two, I asked when it could be done, (keep in mind historically it has been same day service, maybe two to three hours) the attendant told me tomorrow after noon. I went to leave. Then he said 9pm. Again not the service I need. I went to leave again. He didn't realize that I was not able to wait that long. Alleged, it will be done around 3p. Six hours after drop off, but still same day... so we will see. Also, since it's next to the cape shop, the whole laundry smells like weed. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine. The parking lot is also a hot mess most days. Again. Vape shop issue. Pack your patience for the parking lot, and a mask if you're gonna go here, unless you like to get a wee high while doing your laundry, in which case this could be a perfect fit!

The items were delivered the next day, there was an imperfection on 1 item and the delivery guy was very helpful and called the manager to get it fixed and re-delivered it the very next day. The delivery guy was very knowledgeable, honest and wel mannered and genuinely cared about giving us good service, making sure it was perfect and teaching us how it should be moved in the future to not damage anything. He was the young guy with red hair in case the managers read this, he deserves recognition! His partner however could benefit from not being so attached to his phone during work, that's basically all he did while delivering.
