The process started in August and I didn't get him to start until November. Once we finally got started he would never return any of my calls or texts. I found that he himself did not do any of the repairs but had someone else working on my rig. When it was finally done I found that they had replaced one of the parts incorrectly and had damaged an exhaust fan in my bathroom. Needless to say our pickup did not go well. He did not show up for that either. Camper repairs are tough and there are not many options but for the love of God don't call Travis!

It wasn't until we set up an appointment for our independent certified RV inspector to come to Camping World to perform a full inspection on the motorhome we wanted, that they decided to disclose the motorhomes hidden damage to us, which ultimately ended the purchase process. At this stage, knowing how expensive hidden damage can be, we won't buy any RV without an independent inspection. The folks that work there are definitely friendly and we'll still shop at Camping World, but it won't be for anything as major as a motorhome.

Brock is very knowledgeable about RV problems! I had what I thought was a huge slide out problem…read morebut the first thing that he checked was the problem. It was an awning/slide topper sticking and causing the slide out to jump when being extended. He adjusted the topper hardware to solve the problem. My front air conditioner would not come on. He checked the thermostat and then found a burned out wire in the rooftop unit. He replaced the wire and the air conditioner worked fine after that. I highly recommend Brock's RV Repair!

Liz told me that they would try to find the boards and would call me in a couple of hours. I haven't heard from them since. I called them once and got a canned reply (I will call you back), but not a word since. They were very friendly and certainly seemed knowledgeable, but why we're not communicating is a mystery. In any event, if you choose them, I wish you better luck than I had.
