Our last place was King's Furniture & Appliance Store. We were immediately impressed with the fact that everyone was sure to say hello, I love that ( such a simple gesture yet it sets the tone of great customer service). We started looking around and were able to look without any pressure. We also noticed that the prices were better than the competition. We chose the washer and dryer and refrigerator we were interested in were helped immediately. They were able to deliver to us in one day. The young man that was to deliver it was very nice and extremely polite. Because we were in a new home we assumed that we would be able to get a refrigerator as large as the one that was there already however when it was installed we were unable to open the freezer! To be fair this was totally our fault because the lady that put our order together asked several times whether we were sure that we had a space that would work for the refrigerator. Dillon our delivery/installer was so helpful with us deciding how to proceed. He kept us calm and we decided that we would go back to the store the next day. He took measurements of the space so that when we came in the next day he spent as much time as we needed to figure out what our best option would be. As if that wasn't enough he delivered our refrigerator and stove on his day off. Super nice super professional Arrived on time and called us when he was on the way. James, Pat, and Alex are most helpful and knowledgeable about the machines and Beverly loves fabric and will help you with anything you are interested in while shopping.
