On my second visit here, we were in the market for a Ninja Blender. The price match with Amazon was going to save use $20...great! The cashier checked other price matches and found one at Kohl's. It saved use $100! This above and beyond customer service was fantastic! UPDATE: I purchased an iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, and Keyboard Folia last week. Today, the iPad was on sale for $150 off and the Keyboard Folio was on sale for $10 off. I went to the Best Buy and they price matched it for me and refunded me the price difference! I got $160 plus tax back!

Our last place was King's Furniture & Appliance Store. We were immediately impressed with the fact that everyone was sure to say hello, I love that ( such a simple gesture yet it sets the tone of great customer service). We started looking around and were able to look without any pressure. We also noticed that the prices were better than the competition. We chose the washer and dryer and refrigerator we were interested in were helped immediately. They were able to deliver to us in one day. The young man that was to deliver it was very nice and extremely polite. Because we were in a new home we assumed that we would be able to get a refrigerator as large as the one that was there already however when it was installed we were unable to open the freezer! To be fair this was totally our fault because the lady that put our order together asked several times whether we were sure that we had a space that would work for the refrigerator. Dillon our delivery/installer was so helpful with us deciding how to proceed. He kept us calm and we decided that we would go back to the store the next day. He took measurements of the space so that when we came in the next day he spent as much time as we needed to figure out what our best option would be. As if that wasn't enough he delivered our refrigerator and stove on his day off. Super nice super professional Arrived on time and called us when he was on the way. They have three great machine brands to choose from: Bernina, Baby Loc, and Juki. You could not go wrong with any of these brands and when bought there you have free classes on your machine and Owner's Club once a month for instruction and fun. The service at Darrells is also great. James, Pat, and Alex are most helpful and knowledgeable about the machines and Beverly loves fabric and will help you with anything you are interested in while shopping. They have helped me many times with machine problems and they give me fast service. I suggest if you are looking for a machine to please go to a shop where you have support and service. That comes from someone who has not bought from a local shop like Darrells and when I had a problem the fabric store had no idea of what to do.
