I went in to purchase quilting fabric. Even though the store was a mad house, the fabric section had no one aside from me and the person at the fabric counter. She couldn't be bothered to assist me and answer my questions. "What we have is what's there!" She was busy with satin bolts presumably cutting for someone who was not currently in the department. I was relegated to short curt answers, and when she realized I was put out with her attitude, she did offer to order more of the fabric I had requested. By this time, I was so upset over her treatment of me I decided to go elsewhere and will not return.

At checkout the clerk, along with another clerk refused to give the discount for the lifebouy stating that it wasn't wood or metal. The manager agreed so I let them keep the merchandise. I went to the one in Dothan and had no problem there. The Enterprise store won the battle, but lost the war. We have probably spent more than $1,000 there, but will not receive our business anymore. We will tell our friends, relatives and co-workers. Take your business to the store in Dothan if you don't want to get ripped off!

The burger was a homemade, fresh patty that was very bland. The burger was ok. The potato salad was a mustard base and very creamy. I enjoyed it more than the burger. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! If you do not want to drive to Dothan, it is convenient for a quick bite to eat. Over the years, I have often felt brushed off or spoken to condescendingly when raising valid concerns. I acknowledge using profanity because I was frustrated, and I take responsibility for that. However, I did not direct it at Taylor or personally insult her. Taylor lied and says I personally attacked her. What else is she lying about? After my pool was drained, a quality-control representative specifically told me the technician had been instructed not to return. I was therefore surprised when he arrived the following week. Taylor did not clearly explain why. Instead, I was told these mistakes are common with newer technicians, as though I should overlook a serious incident. My concern is not simply that a mistake happened, but how my questions were handled afterward. Customers deserve clear answers without being dismissed or treated as the problem for complaining. I already have a new company taking care of my pool, and they discovered additional problems caused by the previous technician. My timers were set completely backward: they were supposed to run during the day, but instead ran all night and shut off in the morning. I was unaware of this until my new company inspected everything.
