There is plenty of space to move large items/carts through with no issue. The staff is always helpful and are happy to help. She states she only made 69.00 off of the 75.00 order which is about 50.00 more that she should have made in my opinion. She literally robbed my husband. DO not do business here. She made no attempt at all to correct the situation and told me to call the 1-800 service where the order was placed. Schads will never get my business again.

A couple of weeks later, there were some issues I was very upset about but after meeting with the NEW owners, Jim and Sherri Winingham, they explained to me that when they bought the business about a year ago, there were problems that they were unaware of and now they are working very hard to correct all of those problems that were left to them. They were very polite, courteous and concerned about my satisfaction. I believe as a new family owned business, they are doing the best they can to earn their customers trust and confidence. What else can anyone do? Give them a chance and I believe you will be satisfied with the results.

I bought a powerful Husqvarna 020524 3300psi pressure washer from lowes and the pump went bad…read moreafter a year. Husqvarna website promises 2 year parts and labor warranty so I took it to Bryant for service. Dothan Alabama Bryant service center refused to perform "warranty labor" as a Husqvarna dealer .. Wanting a Minimum upfront fee of $140. I contacted Husqvarna and they have no regional factory service centers. They also seem to have little influence over dealers as they wouldn't help me resolve issue with Bryant ... Bryant left unit outside in sun/rain for entire time my unit was at their business (3weeks) I eventually picked up unit and fixed it myself. I disassembled pump head and found brass pump head is removable from pump crankcase . The rubber and Teflon seals for pistons were dirty and seal "grease" was dried up. I cleaned up cylinders and pistons and used Dow Corning silicone grease to thoroughly coat all seals and left ample amount in air gap between crankcase and pump head. The unit has worked like a charm for a year now. I would not let Bryant touch anything I own and I often repeat this story. Caveat emptor !!!
