They came out as soon as possible, replaced the coil and got us back in business. We've been a customer ever since. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. It was gross. SO, we were finally able to order a double layer, insulated door with insulated windows and a new "mac daddy" opener to handle the 309 lb. door. I'm so HAPPY!!! The garage stays clean, it's so much more secure and it doesn't get hot and gross - oh and it's SUPER QUIET!! The new opener came with a little camera so I can't sneak out and go shopping anymore without hubby knowing LOL. Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.
