Rebath of NWF completed some work at our home in Panama City Beach, FL…read more Work is not quality. Will not last. Horrible customer service. Poor at meeting deadlines. I regret letting them into my home. Has been nothing but disaster since.....

ReBath was my worst remodel experience in 30years Placed a…read morefull bath remodel order with ReBath on September 01, 2021, with two key understandings: 1. The remodel would be complete and ready for family holiday vacation in November 2021, and 2. The service quality level was guaranteed by a bank that would stand behind me if there were any items not meeting expectations. I did some quick research online, asked others who i knew had used this company and found glowing reviews, so I signed their contract. Within one week, the nightmare began. The assigned "project manager" told me during his first meeting that he was not a project manager and would only coordinate and be responsible for installation of ReBath specific items. Therefore, my floor, walls, window, doors, vanity and fixtures, plumbing and finally electric work that were not MANUFACTURED by ReBath were not his problem or responsibility but were mine. In the four months it took to do this installation, the entire house was used as storage and never cleaned by the workers. The crew randomly appeared once per week for a partial day and created a personal expense of over $20,000 through their errors and omissions. FOUR MONTHS later when ReBath was nearing completion, they mucked up plumbing for the master bath sink. The new project manager "stopped by to look at it" and promised to fix everything wrong and stop the leak. After several days, I called in an outside professional (aka not ReBath) plumber to re-install the piping. ReBath resolved this entire four-month fiasco by dismissing the individuals responsible on their end but refusing to admit error, apologize or compensate me (the client!) in any way. The overall attitude of all members of this group is not conducive to a strong service company. Their demeaning and dismissive comments are not useful. My final recommendation to anyone contemplating a ReBath contract? - BUYER BEWARE!

Was a subcontracted paint company for Robert Dryden. After a lot of work he has refused to pay us…read morefor all the work completed even though him, the owner of the home and foreman was extremely happy with our work. He still owes us $12,000 and tonight has only paid us $1500 of that. Previous subcontractors that have painted for him or done work for him we ran into in the midst of us doing the job and all complained that he didn't pay them and doesn't pay at the end and now we found out that this is completely true, he is dishonest. He is saying we don't want to complete the work (lie) and that his guys are going have to complete the work 2 to 3 days (lie) which is a bald face lie because all of the paint work is completed. We are a paint company. We're not a trim company. We are not a flooring company. We're not a sheet rock company and he wants us to do everybody else's job other than our paint work. Our paint work was completely finished. We did extensive amounts of staining on a fireplace mantle a cabinet out back all the stair treads and handrails rails in a 5000 square-foot home. The beams had to be re-sanded after they were stained too dark by the previous company that just walked off the job and it has been a complete nightmare working for this guy. Work was added on through the process of us painting for him, and we had to stain a bunkbed in a bonus room. We had to repair and patch sheet rock in over 19 places. We had to re-finish and paint trim that they added in the master bath, there were numerous marks and everything else that we had to constantly keep going behind other subcontractors that were coming in. I ask him upfront what the job pays. The only response I got was I pay my crews well and that is a bald face lie multiple times he said he was gonna sit down and go over the work with us so we could see where everything was. He never did that. He was gonna meet us at the job site to go over things he never did that. It's just been one lie after another. I explained to him from the start that our crews got paid every week and he said that that's not a problem. He doesn't have a problem getting money to the crews and he waited right before Christmas and left town knowing that we needed to be paid that Friday and Didn't pay my crew then blames me and says he needs to know a day in advance , I told you twice the previous two weeks we got paid each Friday. This man is so dishonest and racist he is abusive towards other races. He made a remark about our estimates for the job that it would be better off, running with the drug cartel in Mexico, knowing that my husband is Mexican, he is rude and blows up on other contractors and he thinks that a person is not going to get upset or frustrated or argumentative when I couldnt even get pay for my crew we did not even get paid as a subcontracted company we worked to not fully pay the crew no money ourselves as owners. DO NOT I REPEAT BEWARE DONT HAVE HIM BUILD YOUR HOME AND DO NOT WORK FOR HIM!!! BEWARE!!!!!

The price was very reasonable, the work excellent, and they finished early! I was visiting my mom while the work was being done. Being there during the entire process allowed me to have a really good overview from beginning to end. Each day, James and Kevin showed up exactly when they said they would. The were kind and respectful to my mom and her home. They covered her floors from the front door to the bath they were renovating. And they also added a covering in the hallway to limit the amount of dust. Each day, they cleaned up and left nothing out of place. They also told us when they were leaving and what we could expect the following day. True to their word (not so easy to find in construction) each day they accomplished what they said and more. Sergei, came several times during the week to inspect the progress and workmanship. Nothing was left to chance. We even added a light fixture change in another room and they had that done too! All done early! My mom could not be more pleased and I am delighted as well at how well the renovation went. Without hesitation, we would hire them again. Happy to share the love!

I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to not hire Seashore Tile for anything. They did an…read moreextremely sloppy job on my shower and sink. They knew that I am visually impaired and thought they could get away with using chipped tiles, not allining the tiles, smearing and not matching the color of the grout. When I later found other sloppy "mistakes' , they refused to answer my calls. As more time goes by, the more sloppy, shoddy workmanship I find.
