Why anyone would hire this company is beyond me! I wouldn't hire this company again to mop my floors. The pictures speak volumes. RUN!! DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have screwed up Our Garage and Laundry room. They came back to correct the first screw up and it turned out worse! Now the owner is not even answering our contact attempts. All of this has been going on for almost 5 months for a "three day job. They came back two additional times to fix the screw ups and it was worse each time. My experience with Superior Concrete Solutions was very disappointing. The crew did a poor job of prepping before the initial installation. 1-They got muriatic acid on the stainless steel appliances. 2-They got polyurethane on the outdoor furniture cushions. 3-They didn't install wind barriers which allowed grass and bugs into the wet epoxy. The solution for covering up said grass and bugs was to use a can of white spray paint. This solution looked ok on day one, but after six months the polyurethane discolored leaving bright white spots all over. The color on the front and back porches faded within one year, and now the garage floor epoxy is peeling up after just four years (wish I could post photos). If I had used a discount contractor, I would blame myself for getting what I paid for. However, we paid a premium price for this work. Unfortunately, we did not get what we paid for. To quote the owner after installation, "This floor is bullet proof. You can drive a tank on it." Given the current condition of our floors, this is obviously not a true statement. I just ordered PVC floor tiles to cover up the peeling epoxy in my garage. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR. read more

I would leave zero stars if possible. We paid them around 60 k to do inside floors, pool, and deck. Process was disastrous . Not 1 thing done correctly Or on time. Inside floors had to partially be redone and still not correct. Sealed up ground electrical outlets and never fixed. Have concrete all over molding and never repaired! Pool deck redone 3x and still horrible. All we got was excuses!!! Pool redone 3x and finally we had to pay a pool company to redo their work!! We waited several months, after paying half the total price, which was ok. The photos we selected of what we wanted were from his own website, and pretty basic for someone who knows how to do decorative concrete. It was to look like gray/brown wood. He sent his crew out with bright yellow as a base color! after MANY coats of correction, the finally disappeared. However, some flat (untextured) spots started showing through. After numerous calls and texts, he finally responded and said another clear coat would help. That didn't seem logical but he said he'd send his crew to "fix" things. They were a no-show twice. After many more texts and calls, they were to show up this morning, a half hour ago. At this point, they are still a no-show. In addition, the yellow is now showing through the gray again, and the non-textured spots are getting worse by the day. They look like huge splotches of something wet. It truly looks like the work of a child. Only a child may have done better. Sadly, he has our money and of course is now not responding. We are going to look into whatever options there may be for us, but it doesn't look good. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this man & his company at all costs. One final note: he asked us to pay his balance in cash!! We have never done business in this way, and have also received no written receipt (we did write a check) nor the 5 year warranty that he has promised to deliver. read more

Does NOT stand behind his work! Look at BBB complaints....he's got multiple unhappy customers. My pool deck clear coat turned yellow and was told they would come back to fix it. If I could give zero stars I would. Our pool deck is such a hazardous mess. It is unsafe and looks aweful. Effrain keeps blaming us for many of the problems but then offers to fix them but then never shows up to do the work. He threatened to kill our dogs if they walked on "his" concrete and also refused to talk with anyone but my husband even though I am also the homeowner. I put down a deposit on May 1, 2021 to have my front porch done. Efrain said that it would be about 45 days before he could get to it. On June 22 I texted him and asked for an update since I hadn't heard from him. I did not receive a reply so I tried calling him the next day. He did not answer the call but replied to my text afterwards and told me it would be the week after next due to the weather. On July 15 I texted him again since I had not heard from him. He did not reply to my text so I waited and texted him again on Aug 9 asking him for an update. I still did not receive a response so on Aug 10 I tried calling several times and received his voicemail stating it may be easier to get in touch with him on text. My frustration boiling over, I texted him again on Aug 10 and threatened legal action if he did not communicate back. He then replied to the text and blamed the lack of communication on a new phone and said he could get to my job the next week or he would be glad to refund my deposit. I replied that I would wait until next week but if he doesn't complete the job then I would like my money back. This conversation took place Aug 10. On Sep 10 I had not heard from him so I sent a text requesting an immediate refund of my deposit. He replied that the refund would be available in PayPal Sep 14. I did not receive the refund on Sep 14 so I contacted him and he said my refund would be in PayPal Sep 15. I did not receive the refund so I contacted him on Sep 16 and he replied that he had processed the refund and he would let me know when it goes through. On Sep 20 he texted that the transaction didn't go through and he was out of town and couldn't login to his PayPal. He stated he would be back in town Sep 24 with "cash on hand". On Sep 25 he texted and asked for my address (which I had already provided him). Anticipating the "check's in the mail" routine next, I replied that I would come pick up my refund. He replied that he would leave a check at his residence and I could come pick it up Sep 26. To my surprise, the check was actually there on Sep 26 and it cleared the bank. Even though I had to drive 45 minutes each way I was relieved to get my deposit back. Efrain and his company have a lot of good reviews but also many negative reviews can be found with a quick Google search. His Facebook page no longer has reviews displayed. I wonder why? I will let others decide if they want to trust this person and his company with their money and property. I have since had my porch done by someone else that was honest, showed up when promised and did a great job. I regret wasting time with Efrain and would not recommend him for anything. Flooring project that turned into a nightmare for my family. Started in April and dragged out for months, multiple fixes which made floors even worse. The end top coat of epoxy started to bubble up, owner explained to me later on that epoxy wasn't mixed properly by his workers and that's the reason of poor outcome. It was clearly their fault but it cost me extra 1000$ for materials. I paid so I wouldn't have too pay double for a real expert to fix. That was the only way make them fix it. floors look good now, still not perfect but i can tolerate imperfections. Trash was left in my front yard and my front porch left stained. Multiple texts left unanswered, completely ignored. My husband took trash out today, 3 month after project was completed. My texts still remains unanswered. This business could end up on a new reality tv show: nightmare contractors. We are well respected members of the community and in 11 years ive never taken the time to write a negative review.
