ReBath was my worst remodel experience in 30years Placed a full bath remodel order with ReBath on September 01, 2021, with two key understandings: 1. The remodel would be complete and ready for family holiday vacation in November 2021, and 2. The service quality level was guaranteed by a bank that would stand behind me if there were any items not meeting expectations. I did some quick research online, asked others who i knew had used this company and found glowing reviews, so I signed their contract. Within one week, the nightmare began. The assigned "project manager" told me during his first meeting that he was not a project manager and would only coordinate and be responsible for installation of ReBath specific items. Therefore, my floor, walls, window, doors, vanity and fixtures, plumbing and finally electric work that were not MANUFACTURED by ReBath were not his problem or responsibility but were mine. In the four months it took to do this installation, the entire house was used as storage and never cleaned by the workers. The crew randomly appeared once per week for a partial day and created a personal expense of over $20,000 through their errors and omissions. FOUR MONTHS later when ReBath was nearing completion, they mucked up plumbing for the master bath sink. The new project manager "stopped by to look at it" and promised to fix everything wrong and stop the leak. After several days, I called in an outside professional (aka not ReBath) plumber to re-install the piping. ReBath resolved this entire four-month fiasco by dismissing the individuals responsible on their end but refusing to admit error, apologize or compensate me (the client!) in any way. The overall attitude of all members of this group is not conducive to a strong service company. Their demeaning and dismissive comments are not useful. I contacted Re-Bath after having a lot of other quotes and no follow up. Mark came and gave me a quote for 2 bathrooms. I am glad I went with them. From start to finish I felt like they had my best interest in mind. Bill was awesome and very easy to have in my home. Elisa went above and beyond also to make it easier for me to "live in the mess. Clean up every day was professional and appreciated. Joe the project manager was often here to make sure things were being done to my satisfaction and really cared about our needs. End result is better than I expected. It took a week longer than quoted but I am finding that is normal now and am glad they stuck to it and did not leave me hanging for long times like other contractors. I would recommend Re-Bath to anyone. I gave them the 4stars only cuz of the week longer than quoted but All else was awesome! Thanks again Bill!! read more

I would be very careful about spending a dime with this company. Don't blame Rebath. It's the local franchise that is hurting the brand. Maybe the money came too easy. I've been extremely disappointed on 2 jobs. The first one I forgave them. This one, more lies and false promises than I could dream up in a lifetime. I signed a contract with this company January 13,2020 with Mark, whom was very knowledgeable and professional, to do a remodel of two bathrooms in a condo which is my permanent home. In spite of Covid restrictions work was started soon after contract signing. After the first couple months communication from this company became rare and to this date September 21,2020 the bathrooms have never been completed! Some of the initial drywall work was substandard but they did redo it. The LVT flooring in one bathroom has not been lain properly and I've been promised two months ago by Joe that it would be replaced but not done to date. Also, glass shower doors have never been installed along with a few other finishing items left to be done. I would never have this company do remodeling for me again! Very disappointed! read more

The owner came and gave us a sales pitch, made sure he mentioned all his years of experience and made all kind of promises. However, when the workers arrived, they said what was planned/promised couldn't be done (was supposed to have a sliding barn door unit). So "Re-Bath" gave us what they wanted us to have; we didn't get a choice. We ended up with a standard door similar to the one replaced. Also, they said the change was more expensive than what was originally proposed. The owner refused to call us to discuss the changes or talk about the situation - had to talk to their Secretary. We could have gone to Home Depot and got what we ended up with for half the cost. read more

I hired re-bath to remodel a bathroom in a rental home I have in Panama City Beach. They told me it would take 1 week to finish and they already had all the supplies/materials on hand. It took 1 month and they had to order a bunch of materials, they lied to me about the timeframe and the materials that they had on hand. I would not trust this company again. read more

Hired them to update a bland but brand new guest bath with a marble-look finish with mosaic inlay and a jetted tub. Slick salesperson promises you the world to get the sale. Then the trouble begins. The first tub came damaged so a two day job became a two week construction zone. The second tub was installed but was never tested. By then, our home was under contract for sale. We lost the sale because the buyer's property inspector found a leak in the new tub. It was a disaster working with Rebath and the tub's manufacturer to get a firm date for them to try to fix the tub. The tub repairman found other plumbing problems that Rebath did incorrectly. Two leaks in a tub and no overflow valve hooked up? Wrong--totally wrong. When things got heated, the owner, Mark was a total bully. We ultimately lost two sales due to Rebath's ineptness. Do yourself a favor and save lots of money--hire a plumber to install your tub or shower and a tile guy to install tile--it is cheaper and better quality. The quality of the workmanship at Rebath is sub-par and they should have pulled a permit and never did. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. read more

I would NEVER hire them again to do anything. They did an entire remodel of a small bathroom. They did a terrible job, edges all cut uneven, terrible tile job on the floor-couldn't even close the door, shower door leaked. When I called to have them to come back and look at it, unfortunately they had already been paid, took them 3 days to even return a phone call. They are terrible about returning phone calls-can't be bothered!!. If they have to come back for repairs, it is at their leisure (could be months)! It appears no one has worked there for any length of time except for a few. It has been 5 months since they did our bathroom and our bathroom floor, which is tile (do NOT let them do any tiling!), after 3 times to fix, is still not completed and we have not heard the first word from them. We even suggested getting someone else, who is qualified, to re-do the tile and they could reimburse us for it. I guess that wasn't an option!!! Once they have your signature on that paperwork and your money, they don't care if there are problems. We were also lied to more than once. Too bad I can't post pics!!! read more
