We fired the contractor over two years ago, and only want two drawer slides to make a drawer in our Cabinets-To-Go cabinet usable - currently we can't even open or close it. To say that we have a two-year old kitchen that already has drawers that we can't even use because Cabinets-To-Go refuses to sell us the part to fix it is beyond ridiculous. All we are trying to do is replace a part to a Cabinets-To-Go cabinet. We are not even asking for the part to be given to us free of charge, we are willing to PURCHASE the part we need. Nope. No luck. We have been into the Panama City, FL shop TWICE regards this issue - the Panama City store has our information. I have now exchanged several emails with someone called "Molly", and as stated in my previous review, Cabinets-To-Go refuses to provide customer support after the sale. All I want to do is PURCHASE the two 16 inch drawer slides for one Cabinets-To-Go kitchen drawer that was altered by a contractor to fit a smaller space. Most home improvement companies are more than happy to sell a replacement part to a customer. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache. Go elsewhere for your cabinet needs.

From the bidding process to the finished work Seashore Tile was professional in every way. The…read moreentire team Sergei, James, and Kevin were great. The price was very reasonable, the work excellent, and they finished early! I was visiting my mom while the work was being done. Being there during the entire process allowed me to have a really good overview from beginning to end. Each day, James and Kevin showed up exactly when they said they would. The were kind and respectful to my mom and her home. They covered her floors from the front door to the bath they were renovating. And they also added a covering in the hallway to limit the amount of dust. Each day, they cleaned up and left nothing out of place. They also told us when they were leaving and what we could expect the following day. True to their word (not so easy to find in construction) each day they accomplished what they said and more. Sergei, came several times during the week to inspect the progress and workmanship. Nothing was left to chance. We even added a light fixture change in another room and they had that done too! All done early! My mom could not be more pleased and I am delighted as well at how well the renovation went. Without hesitation, we would hire them again. Happy to share the love!

They knew that I am visually impaired and thought they could get away with using chipped tiles, not allining the tiles, smearing and not matching the color of the grout. When I later found other sloppy "mistakes' , they refused to answer my calls. As more time goes by, the more sloppy, shoddy workmanship I find.

I placed a significant order on June 28, 2026 (Order #redacted) for a full set of premium Ninja…read moregrilling gear: the Ninja Artisan Ceramic Grill Pizza Stone (16 in. LX 16 in. W), the Ninja FlexFlame ProConnect 3 Burner Liquid Propane Grill and Smoker (Black with Griddle Accessory), the Ninja Black Grill Cover, and the Ninja Stainless Steel Grill Rack (15 lb, 24.33 in. LX 9.65 in. W). This was specifically for my kids and grandkids visiting for the week of the 4th of July--America's 250th birthday. I wanted to host memorable family cookouts, pizzas on the stone, smoking, and grilling with everyone together. The order was supposed to be delivered on July 2nd. Instead, Ace Hardware completely failed me with zero communication. No delivery on the 2nd. No email updates. Nothing. On July 3rd, I called the local store to arrange pickup, only to be told the entire order had been cancelled. I then called Ace Hardware customer service, and they confirmed the cancellation but could provide zero explanation for why it happened. No apology of substance, no offer to expedite a replacement, no compensation--just a shrug and "it's cancelled." This level of incompetence is infuriating. I planned around their promised delivery. I told my family we'd have this new setup ready. Instead, I'm scrambling last-minute on a holiday weekend, dealing with disappointment, and explaining to grandkids why we can't use the gear we were excited about. No "processing" updates, no "out of stock" heads-up, no courtesy call or email--they just vanished the order like it never existed. For a major holiday purchase tied to family memories, this is unacceptable. Ace Hardware's system is broken. Their communication is nonexistent. Their customer service is useless. They ruined what should have been a highlight of our family reunion. I've shopped at Ace for years expecting small-town reliability with big-box inventory, but this experience proves they're just another unreliable corporation that doesn't care once the order is placed. Do not buy from Ace Hardware online. They will let you down at the worst possible time with zero accountability. I will be taking my business elsewhere and warning everyone I know. Strongly recommend avoiding Ace Hardware for any time-sensitive or important purchases.
