The worst part is that they sub-contract out all the work and you have no idea when the subs will show up, nor is there any quality assurance done by Lowe's in the case of poor carpet installation and insufficient tile removal. The cabinet delivery delayed installation by a whole month due to the contract trucking company failing to load on piece that had to be remade at the factory. Also, a damaged cabinet couldn't be replaced until it was picked up 2 weeks later and evaluated by the factory, now delaying the project another 4 weeks. The sales clerk has irregular hours and so that delays the project a few more days every time when you need to talk to them.
