My wife, Theresa, loves this store way too much! This store has everything you would need

Just what you would expect from a Hobby Lobby. The lines always seem to be long here and they always seem to be short on cashiers. I definitely always have my 40% off coupon ready when I go here. read more

Very clean store, lots of friendly staff. I love going to HL just to walk around and look - could do it for hours! This store has by far the cleanest bathrooms of any HL I've been in. read more

Love the variety of merchandise and the convenience of categorizing. Always a great experience for all my crafty needs.

I don't know what's wrong with Pam & Paula H. (same person perhaps?) but you have to be a special kind of person to dislike Hobby Lobby. Politics aside, Hobby Lobby is HUGE, they have great prices and a nice selection of most anything your crafty heart desires! read more

One of my favorite stores as I am a crafter. I check the online ad, which comes out on Sunday, and print off my 40% coupon each week. There's a wonderful selection of art and craft supplies. Items you don't find at Joanns or Micheals. read more

We recently had two somewhat large prints framed in glass, completed at HL. Vonda did an excellent job explaining the options, pricing and how to best use the coupons. The pictures turned out beautiful. Thank you. I highly recommend their service for framing. read more

I LOVE Hobby Lobby. If I wouldn't go broke, I'd be in there daily. However, this particular one is sub-par. They very rarely rotate stock, so you're stuck looking at the same decor and supplies. Their holiday sections are TINY. It's very underwhelming. Compared to other HL's, they have a poor clearance section. It needs updating. I'm sad this is the only HL close to me, I wish they would compare to their other stores. read more

This place has everything for home decor. Store is always clean, registers always open to meet demand, friendly staff. I haven't found anything wrong with this store yet. read more

My favorite place in town outside of eating food! Always has what I need for art and always clean and friendly. Been buying products from them for more than 8 years now and never have any issues. read more

I shopped Hobby lobby a few times, But since the owners did not let the federal government bullied them, I am a 100% supporter. In fact I bought 4 more Fire Fighter Outlet covers today.at Hobby Lobby. They stood up for what they believe, I respect that. Its about time our rights of religious beliefs are respected .. Keep up the great work. read more

I went here recently to inquire about custom framing for a very large item. I was specifically interested in a few things-- could frame color be altered, what depths were available, and a general price quote (just a range, mind you). The very rude employee told me that she was unable to answer any questions unless I brought my item in. I explained to her that its size made it impractical to carry around until I knew they could provide the service I wanted. Her answer to everything was "it depends". Really-- you don't know if your frames come in other colors until you see my item? The people across the street at Michael's were perfectly accommodating and didn't think it was an imposition to earn my business. Avoid this place, they don't bother to teach the employees about customer service. read more

This has got to be the most hateful crew of employees ever. No consideration for customers. No matter how polite you try to be they give you dirty looks, like they'd rather be beat than assist you with something. This store is always a mess. Every time I go in here I seem to have a negative experience with their employees, I literally hate asking for help here because I feel like Im imposing... No customer, especially a loyal one, should be treated this way especially when you go out of your way to be polite. But it's their job to be polite to me... Not make me feel like Im an annoyance when they're standing around doing nothing... So be leery of the ones who work the floors... Also the fabric department is a whole other story... I dont know where they find these women, but they are the most miserable bunch Ive had to deal with as a customer... Dirty looks, no "can I help you" or even a "ill be with you in just a moment" or "sorry for your wait"... They go out of their way to be rude, probably hoping you'll walk off and they wont have to wait on you - that's the only logic I can conjur up for their obnoxious behavior. The cashiers are another breed of their own too. There have been two occasions where I have stood in line waiting and waiting for the cashier to get through gabbing to a customer in front of me only to FINALLY tell me they are closing their line... Wow, you couldnt take one minute to check me out after Ive waited for you to get through talking... And Im standing here with one or two snall items... WORST store ever! I only go here when I have absolutely NO choice, and I DREAD it! Michaels on the beach is the BEST! Great service, lots of great sales, employees always greet me with a friendly face and are happy to help, always offering coupons! Hobby Lobby clean up your act! read more

Terrible service. There are plenty of other hobby and craft shops in the area to choose from, so why waste your time here. Although If you like bad service, then this may be up your ally. read more

They have a nice selection of fabrics, including upholstery fabric, but when I was shopping there, the girl was more interested in stocking the shelves than helping and did not know how to sew, so couldn't help much. read more

I have been shopping at Hobby Lobby since the store opened. I love the relaxing no pressure shopping. It's large and the selection is huge! We've used the framing department for several items. Large frame choices and limited custom frame choices, but good for a department store. We've had good customer service in the frame department. Customer service in the fabric is good as well. The prices can be pricey for items in the store if they aren't on sale or if you aren't using a coupon. Like I said, I enjoy going and looking at everything in the store and the seasonal items. My biggest negative is that sometimes the line to check-out can be lengthy and take more time than I care for. It has been better the last two times I have been in. Not sure if that's just a coincidence or if they have made a change. read more
