The Goodwill stores in these areas are crazy expensive. Better of going to a store and getting the items brand new for a dollar more!

This is the most kind, supportive, and engaging Goodwill entity I have ever interacted with. They…read moreare more than compassionate and helpful in my family and my personal donations which have been in excess and have continued upon a family loss and in our recovery in our attempts in extending love and kindness to those in the surrounding area. William specifically has remained steadfast, kind, and more than accommodating with regards to our desire in helping others after our personal loss without question and/or judgement. William has been simply himself, genuine and friendly...this is more than appreciated when families are in the process of recovery, healing, and wanting to extend our loved ones belonging to others who may benefit and appreciate the things we are extending via donations in releasing our love and loss at the same time. Thank you for your persistent kindness and respect in our healing process. Just as a note, many of the items, myself and my family have had to choose to let go of in our personal attachments are precious items some with great worth and some with simply the heart and soul of timeless works of art we have struggled to separate from in our loss. We would only hope for those who may receive these gifts to also see the love and appreciation that have remained very much special and intricate in our personal lives as of recently and prior. With the utmost appreciation and hope - CG

All I was trying to figure out is if something was being sold as a set since there were multiple price tags and none on the bowls I wanted. Felt as if I was being treated like I was at fault for the error or that I caused the issue. Not great being treated like a scammer after buying so much from them over the years. I was very helpful and doing everything I could to aid them but communication was very poor on their part. Will not visit again. Never has been the most pleasant Goodwill so I will not overlook this experience. Boo. Treat people better and don't expect the worst from people when dealing with issues. Take some responsibility for your own mistakes. We all make them.

All the reviews are from at least 3-yrs ago, so I thought I'd leave a more current one…read more I don't shop often, so I guess my feeling with any Dollar Tree is don't complain. Yes, their products that used to be $1 are $1.25 or more now & have been for years. Many were $1.50 when I visited today. Some things like sandals, were $6. Still, I shop for a few choice items only a couple of times/yr, like cleaners & plates/cups when necessary & that's still a deal. For other things, like office supplies, many are worth it... big box of staples for $1.50, many pens, pencils & markers are cheaper than Walmart. If on the road & needing a cheap mascara or nail polish, that's worth it, too. This store is very clean & orderly, even better than when I last visited over 1-yr ago. I've never bought their food items, but I don't eat much from cans or that's processed. Just watch expiration dates, like any discounted food outlet. Like every Dollar Store across the country, they're all understaffed. There's always just 1 register open, even if there are 8+ people in line... on occasion, I've seen them open a 2nd. But, I've lived in SoCal where there are 30-50 people in line during holidays, with 1 register open (no kidding), so comparatively, PC DTree's aren't bad. As far as customer service or people complaining about employees, not many would want to work here or any retail job, for that matter... hours can be insufferable, pay is notoriously low, the understaffing gets customers riled & it's stressful for employees. The people who were there today were older women in their 70s, doing the best they could. At their age, they probably have to work, it's not that they want to be there, so cut them some slack. They were fine. They moved along quickly, were pleasant. What's the issue with previous reviews? This isn't a Valentino boutique where they open champagne cuz you're going to be dropping tens of thousands of dollars on a dress... it's the Dollar Tree, so lighten up & be happy for your nail clipper set for $1.25 instead of $13 at Walmart. Good to Know: For those needing a walker or cane or having mobility issues, the closest parking spaces are about 20' from the front door, the doors are not automatic & are heavy, so you may need assistance. I like it. Good location next to Winn Dixie, Burger King & Panhandle C.U. 5* out of 5. I don't need a lot, but when I need some oddball things, they always have them. Today, it was 8 painting sponges, 1 coffee cup & all purpose cleaner for $1.50/ea. Good deal.

They carry Hallmark "Heartline " and "Expressions" greeting cards for every occasion. They're all a dollar each and they even have a 2 for a dollar section .
