I have been in the industry for many years, and it is not very often I find this kind of service anymore. Let alone 2 of them in the same store! My husband and I can't be thankful enough for all the time they took with us. And not making it seemed "rushed" or like we were bothering them. They are amazing and should certainly be recognized! This store will be our "goto" from now on. Just because of these two in general. We do a ton of home improvements, so it's good to know we have a place to go that we feel respected. All of the sewing notions that are harder to find in stores like Wal Mart are available, as well as pattern brands like Vogue and Butterick as well as more indy brands. There is a great selection of reasonably priced ribbon and lace and elastic as well as lots of fabric and buttons and scissors, you name it. Don't let the size fool you--they really have lots of good stuff in a small space. I've had my machine repaired there twice and though it took a while to be done it ran perfectly afterward and I even got some advice for making it continue to run better. Every time I've had a question the employees have been friendly and helpful. Now that Covid 19 is a problem, this is the only store I have been in that I have actually felt fairly safe in. None of the other businesses I have been in cared enough about my health and employee health to require masks and limit customer numbers. They even give out a free mask pattern! I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend Enterprise Sewing Center.
