Today, We were considering finding a new couch and mostly by chance came across a business which has stood the test of time and uncertainty in Enterprise, Al. The convenient location was second, only to the top notch service received by the outstanding customer service. There are only a limited amount of times where I left feeling good about spending hard earned money, and this is certainly one of them. Walking into the store had a familier feel. Furniture wall to wall, spread across in sections dependent on whether you were shopping for living, bed, dining or family room. On the walls were specialty packages containing pieces which fit together for an exceptional value. Brand names from Ashley, Simmons, and many others; including some from small companies from around the state. During the COVID crisis, limited personnel were on hand, but the customer service had not suffered. Taking the time to listen to my needs and making more than one recommendation so I may try different pieces to match my direct need. After the selection process and the discussion of price and payment they then sat down and we talked about time and the changes the local area has been through. As first time home owners my husband and I desperately searched all over Ozark, Dothan, and enterprise for couches as we'd been dying of sitting on lawn chairs. Everywhere we went everyone sat and watched us as we looked around, Patrick's was the only place where a sales associate actually got up to help us find exactly what we wanted within budget and style. Nick showed us their amazing packages and it was the only place where we didn't leave feeling uncertain of if we should buy. As soon as he helped us find exactly what we wanted we sat down and made it official. Delivery and installation I do believe is extra but for the deal we got I wasn't even mad about it. I "HIGHLY" recommend this furniture store. We are a military family of 30 years with 18 moves in 26 years. We purchased living room furniture (couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, coffee table, end tables, and lamps); as well as a gorgeous bedroom set (7.5 ft tall, armoire, dresser with mirror, and two night stands) when we arrived on duty station im 2005. Patrick's Furniture is the only furniture to survive every single move. Disassembling and reassembling...it is still gorgeous and sturdy. I have purchased furniture while stationed in Germany, Italy, New York, Washington, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, Alabama, and at multiple other duty stations within the US, but nothing has stood the test of time like the furniture we purchased from this store. It's really astounding. When I sold my last home, everyone asked me where I got my furniture -stating it looked royal. I agree. After thirty years of service, retired by only a couple of months now and looking to settle into our new forever home, we've looked back over these years and have had a lot of broken furniture PCS moves along the way. However, these furniture pieces we will be able to make that final move -into the next chapter of our lives; and should be able to pass it on to our children and grandchildren one day. Priceless pieces that have stood the test of time. Customer service, pricing, products and services are truly a cut above the rest. Great value for my money, but not cheap in anyway. Better made than any other pieces I've ever seen; and, they stand by their work (an honest company). I have bought my bedroom set from the guys at Patricks a few months ago after hearing what a great deal my friend had gotten from them so I checked them out and they truly had great product for a great price. After checking them out I checked out what else Enterprise and Dothan had to offer in terms of furniture stores. I went with Patrick because they had better quality and much better prices. They package all the furniture you would need for a room into one price and let you pick the items that go in it. So you get a bed, mattress & boxspring, nightstand, mirror, lamp all for one price. It makes for a great deal. I had already bought a mattress so I didn't get a mattress from them but I could not be happier with my bedroom set. The quality is outstanding I will have this bedroom set for years. I recently went back to get a living room and dinning room set and which they are holding for me until I can get rid of the old set. They guys here will truly take care of you. They have been in the furniture business for a very long time and really know their stuff. We got a nice furniture set from here for a decent price! However, we paid the extra money to have it delivered to us and put into our living room. The boys who were delivering it could barely lift the couches off the ground, let alone up our stairs causing them to ding up all of the walls on the way up and damaging the larger couches recliner and tearing it. When we complained, they came and took the broken peice away to be "fixed " (for several days we only had half a couch) and brought it back still broken and the tear appeared to have been hot glued by a small child. When we again called them to tell them it was still broken, they told us they wouldn't get a replacement until after the beginning of the year. After the beginning of they year they never contacted us and when we continued to call gor nothing but an attitude or nothing at all! Its only gotten worse. So glad we paid all of that money for a couch your employees broke. read more
