They told the franchise that they recorded her signing the contract which did not have floor checked on it. While the workers were very professional and did a nice job, it took a total of 7 days, not the 4 days promised. I believe she could have had a complete (floor included) bathroom remodel with real tile had she gone with a different contractor. It is so disappointing .

With that said, the first thing I want to mention is how INCREDIBLY close this location is to Fort Rucker! It is such a short drive from the Faulkner gate! Second of all, Carol's prices are more than reasonable. It was $40 (not including tip) for a full grooming service on my mini poodle! Last, Carol's responsiveness and punctuality was amazing. Although I was scheduled for 12pm appointment, she called me as soon as she had a cancelation available at an earlier time. It was really thoughtful. Beyond that, it only took her 45 min to groom my boy! This was AWESOME compared to other places that require you to leave your pup for a few hours at a time, due to the queue of other dogs they have waiting. Overall, this was a great experience and it will keep me coming back for sure! She did such a great job on grooming my boy, he came out looking so so beautiful!
