I picked up the headboard and footboard got it home and unpacked it when I noticed it was cracked and the post was misaligned (see photos). I then told him that the store in Enterprise had offered us a 10% Military Appreciation Discount... He responded with a smart ass grin, "Well, you are not in Enterprise Boss man!" I told him that that kind of treatment did not encourage me to buy anything at his store. He just walked off and left us standing there and refused to wait on us. We then went to the back counter to talk to a young lady that was willing to help us. As we were talking, the rude, arrogant condescending employee came up and interrupted my wife, me and the female employee saying, "I got them!" I told him that he had walked off and was too much of a smart ellick for us to deal with him further and that I would prefer that we dealt with the female employee who was being very helpful to us. The store itself is out of the way and we had to snake through a residential area to get to it. They have a wide variety in terms of selection but while browsing, my husband and I found nothing that suited our taste buds. This isn't to say that this is a bad place to shop. For the prices that they were charging, I was expecting items a little less dated. Coming from LA, we have large strips of furniture places so the selection is plentiful. While I did see a couple of "okay" items, there was nothing here that I would actually purchase or place in my home. Desk staff was very nice and didn't harrass us.

They forgot to take away the old bed and now I have to wait / store the old bed for two weeks in my garage until they can come back to dispose of it. I have attempted to get their customer service to have the old bed ASAP and the best they can do is two weeks out. I just spent $5500 with them and this is how they treat me as a customer. I am very disappointed and will NOT ever recommend Sleep Number to any of my friends and family. Sleep Number customer care stinks.
