Terrible durability and quality. Bought $5K worth of furniture one and a half years ago. I wish I had taken the fact that they only included a 1 year warranty at no additional cost, as a sign that the company couldn't stand behind their products. My dining room chairs are constantly wobbly, and require tightening every other week or so. My couch has begun to fall apart, and my bed has broke for a second time. The first time the bed broke, we were luckily under the pathetic 1 year warranty, but now we're SOL. Everyone can argue to buy extended warranty options, but another $500+ is hard for everyone to fork over. If I knew their products were such garbage, that can't last daily use, I would've, but instead I trusted a name brand corporation to have the customer's interests at heart. This has to be the most frustrating buying experience ever ! fist off lied to at the store about when the furniture would be delivered , over charged $1500 on the bill for furniture protection wasn't asked I only noticed because the bill was much higher in the store than online , Jamar the salesman not very honest at all so beware ! that should have been a red flag to go somewhere else .,the furniture I purchased got delivered it was damaged I was told someone would come to the house and fix it ! Seriously fix furniture that shouldn't have been delivered damaged to begin with . The sectional was delivered and one of the chairs was a completely different color , the ottoman was damaged stained and dirty ! I ordered the furniture October 30 received damage furniture middle of November , today January 21 they deliver the replacement ! A dirty damaged and stained ottoman I'm pretty sure it's the same one the took away 2weeks ago, they said they can get someone out to clean it !SERIOUSLY Go somewhere else the customer service is awful ! If I could provide zero stars I would. for starters, my wife and I decided to take a break from some Spring cleaning and take a look at furniture from some of our local stores. We went into Ashley Furniture and were shunned based on how we looked. When they realized that we wanted to purchase something they said that their lead time for delivery would be 4-12 weeks and that every other store in the area is the same. me, not being the trusting person that I am decided to check for myself. I told her that if I found her to be truth that I would come back and it would be what it was. I found an even better sofa at Farmer's Furniture. We ended up buying it and a recliner and spending over 2,000 dollars. I called Ashley Furniture and asked for a manger so that I could notify them of the tactics used by their team and I was denied the ability to speak with a manager. To make this long story short, go to Farmer's Furniture. Ask for Gypsy Moon. That lady was super helpful and a delight to work with. read more

!!WARNING!! I wanted to let you all know about Ashley/Morris Furniture's warranty in case you thought it was a good idea like us. We bought a sectional and kitchen table from there in 2017. We bought the warranty that lasts for 5 years. They claimed they would replace or fix the furniture as long as it was within 30 days of the incident. We even made sure it was okay that we would move out of state since we are active duty. We were assured it didn't matter where we were. Well, we started to notice the wood itself in the sectional was breaking and started poking out of the couch. So, we called them and they sent a tech right out. He said they would replace the two pieces and have them sent to our house. Great, right?! No. Since we had moved, they said we have to DRIVE back(12 hours) to the Enterprise store to pick up these pieces of furniture. After four months of back and forth we finally settled on getting our money for the warranty back. So, we have a large broken sectional with our $170 back in our pockets. So, I just wanted to warn all of you everyone not to buy Ashley furniture as it isn't the best of quality AND they won't fix any of it. read more

We normally shop online, but we wanted a new mattress right away. We decided to go to Ashley Furniture to purchase a mattress and were prepared to pay in full and carry it out that day. Unfortunately, they did not have the mattress in stock and had to order. Naturally, our mattress did not arrive on schedule. This store is basically just a showroom and they order your items, and then charge a high fee for delivery. Next time we will shop online, where there are plenty of better values, free delivery and more reliable services. There is a good reason that online retail is winning. The service in brick and mortar stores such as this one is not a superior experience, and they cannot compete with online pricing. Also, no real credit can be given to the salesperson who we asked to find out where our mattress is. She said we could leave the store and she would call us back when she had located the mattress. We waited an hour and then called her, only to find out she went directly to lunch after we left. So we called again 2 hours later... now she was at a medical appointment and nobody else at the store had any information. This is not a really big deal, but it's just not worth paying these premium store prices for such poor service when we have had consistently good experiences shopping online. read more

I went in and the customer service was friendly. They helped me pick out a couch I wanted and I ordered it to be delivered. Delivery was timely but that's where the good experience ended. The movers put a dent in my wall. I called Ashley Furniture about the problem to find out that they used an external company to deliver the couch. They said they would get in contact with my landlord and take care of it. Sounds great, but it took three weeks of poor communication and me having to contact the outsourced moving company and Ashley Furniture numerous times since they didn't call me to let me know what the update was. I ultimately hold Ashley Furniture responsible for this since I paid them for the delivery. Ethan was the Ashley Furniture employee that I dealt with to get this fixed. I asked for a refund for the delivery since I have been the one who has had to go running in circles and taking time off work to get this all fixed, and the request was denied. He then said I could call his supervisor, Chris Johnson, and I left a message, and of course he hasn't returned my call for 4 days now. Would I order from this company again?
