I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. Since I most likely won't be back in this part of town, they gave me a printout of all the designers and warehouses they order from to get pieces shipped to me, so that was awesome.

I picked up the headboard and footboard got it home and unpacked it when I noticed it was cracked and the post was misaligned (see photos). Badcock offered me $100 for the brand new headboard that I had just paid $900 for. The store manager was rude and unhelpful. Called the other store and asked to speak with the GM but no return call. The delivery guy was very knowledgeable, honest and wel mannered and genuinely cared about giving us good service, making sure it was perfect and teaching us how it should be moved in the future to not damage anything. He was the young guy with red hair in case the managers read this, he deserves recognition!
