I will be sending these photos to my bank because this is not what I paid for!! Sadly If they had did the correct thing and took care of it I was coming back to purchase a new bedroom set but afraid it will be same issues.

I expressed my concerns to the sales reps about how I had read tons of horrible reviews about quality and shipping, and they (Mark) were very honest and forthcoming with information. They told me my couches would be delivered within 4-16 weeks which honestly scared me, since I needed them before the holidays. But I took a chance... and they were delivered within 2 WEEKS. Maybe I'm lucky, but just wanted to give a shout-out to this place! despite all the bad things and experiences people talk about..., this place really did take care of me, offered some great discounts, awesome customer service, and my couches were delivered suuuuper early!!

Called their corporate office and was told that their policy is no refund on deliveries even though they screwed it up. Buyer beware. Badcock is not a good company.

Why not, your getting the same price with no interest. We have never missed a payment and have always paid the balance ahead of time. Recently, due to an admitted fault of "Bill Pay", the payment made for the current month was not received when it was due. The store notified us and told us they had never received payment. At this point we received a letter from our local credit union and "bill pay" stating that we indeed made the payment and that they sent the check to BADCOCK for the amount due and that it was their fault. When this information was given to the staff at BADCOCK, their only comment was "we don't care about, all we want is our money".. With that being said, I am paying of the balance of what is owed and will never shop there again. I sent this same information to their corporate office and still waiting a reply. Customer service at stores in today's time has really gotten bad and there is no reason for this type of attitude toward someone that is willing to spend their hard-earned money at their establishment. So, if your a member of the staff at BADCOCK FURNITURE located in Crestview, FL., I hope you change your attitude or lose your job, you do not have the demeanor for customer service and earning the respect of new or returning customers.

Moi favorite fruit is Mandarins. I love Mandarins & Bailey's had a miniature one that I purchased in 2023 that I planted in a very large pot. It's doing so fabulous & produced its first harvest of fresh organic Mandarins just in time for our Thanksgiving holiday. The Organic Mandarins from the miniature tree aren't mini at all, they are yuge, super acidic & super juicy tasting. The best Mandarins I have ever had, and I grew them myself. I also made all my own homemade organic fertilizer for them out of kitchen scraps, banana peels & egg shells etc., they are truly delicious. OuiOui :)... All the plants I have purchased from Baileys are doing great, however, the Miniature Mandarin Tree is the show stopper. If you love Mandarins, I highly recommend the Miniature Mandarin Tree. OuiOui. Bailey's has tripled in size since I first started shopping there. Now, there are two more lots with tons of Christmas trees & tons more plants. The produce section has also grown to triple in size & they are now carrying tons more inventory, gourmet goods, culinary utensils & cookware etc., LOVE the specialty items. I'm so excited to see what Bailey's develops with the new additional, outbuildings & extra lots with extra parking. It looks so beautiful as Bailey's has always done a great job with the Nursery & nursery plants. Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed. I'll be waiting a resolution.....
