I had called before stopping by because my husband said "they won't have what we need." But I had come by once before and knew they had a huge variety of things in stock. The man answered the phone and said they had a variety of those, that could work. We parked and walked in and a man stepped out from the back immediately and said, " you're looking for the aux cord?" And of course we were. He led us to the aisle where we found what we needed. A few moments later another man came by and asked if we needed help with anything? It had not even been 5 minutes. He explained they had a variety of things as they also take suggestions from shoppers for what to stock and he offered to order anything they didn't and let us know they have truck come twice a week! Very happy to hear the words "delivery tomorrow" and that I would receive a text or call to let me know time. I signed my paperwork and thanked Jeremy for his help in making sure I would be pleased with my purchase. Delivery - Wow. On time. Extremely polite and kind young man. Perfect. Thanks guys.

Since stock was not available at Pace or Milton my order got routed to Navarre, FL #2655. Placing the order at 8:02am is supposed to guarantee me SAME DAY DELIVERY but that is not the case with the Navarre Store. They waited all day and never called me with a status of my order. I called them at approx 4pm to inquire where my order was. The girl on the phone first of all kept me on hold forever and when she came back she told me it was in the store and it would be delivered TOMORROW !!! TOMORROW !!!.....I promptly told her I had placed the order in the timeframe required for SAME DAY DELIVERY so I expected it to be delivered today. She left the phone, came back and then proceeded to tell me it was loaded on a truck and would be delivered today, which was a lie. At 5:36pm I got a phone call from the regular delivery driver Bill. He is always prompt with our deliveries and from what I could tell from the phone call, he had just left Molino and there was no way he could deliver our order today. He never puts us off so I KNOW it was the management in that Navarre store that is the problem, and they pushed it off on him to tell us. We had this problem with Navarre before when I had to INSIST that our delivery be done that day and it was after dark when the truck got here with THAT order months ago. The NAVARRE STORE is the problem !!! And I submitted this to be handled at the corporate level with them. This is a customer service issue, and they DO have a problem with that store. When I conform to YOUR rules for SAME DAY DELIVERY, I EXPECT YOU TO DO THE SAME AND DELIVER THE SAME DAY. FYI.......my order was nearly $400. for feed for our livestock !!!
