My dining room chairs are constantly wobbly, and require tightening every other week or so. My couch has begun to fall apart, and my bed has broke for a second time. The first time the bed broke, we were luckily under the pathetic 1 year warranty, but now we're SOL. Everyone can argue to buy extended warranty options, but another $500+ is hard for everyone to fork over. If I knew their products were such garbage, that can't last daily use, I would've, but instead I trusted a name brand corporation to have the customer's interests at heart. Will NEVER shop at Ashley's again and will NEVER recommend them to friends and family.
