You end up with a large hole across the top where your pillows slide down and you cannot make your bed because the mattress is up against the footboard. There are two very small plastic end caps that are suppose to hold the mattress in place. I called the owner 4 times, a very nice guy who says he will call back and never ever has. I offered to change out my bed frame for another and (guess what?) he said he'd call back and doesn't. I have such a hard time making my bed every day. I thought the sale and install was great, but the true metal of a company is how they act when there's a problem.

Kenneth, the owner, spent an hour with us, helping us to pick out the new furniture, along with the fabric. You could really tell how proud he was of his product, which he has made in his own factory. Four days after ordering, the furniture was ready, and it was delivered the next day. Kenneth and his nephew even delivered it themselves. The workmanship is great, and both pieces were reasonably priced and are super comfortable! You will be impressed with the both quality and comfort. But the SERVICE... Wow!!! It's unheard of in this day and age. King's will be our first stop for anything furniture related in the future.

Even though we had clearly explained to her what we were there for, she kept constantly asking us. Her voice was loud and in a way sounded upset that we were there.... What a way to treat a customer, right? we are so sorry that we even stopped in; we'll never go back and will share our bad experience with anyone who asks.
