Kenneth, the owner, spent an hour with us, helping us to pick out the new furniture, along with the fabric. You could really tell how proud he was of his product, which he has made in his own factory. Four days after ordering, the furniture was ready, and it was delivered the next day. Kenneth and his nephew even delivered it themselves. The workmanship is great, and both pieces were reasonably priced and are super comfortable! You will be impressed with the both quality and comfort. But the SERVICE... Wow!!! It's unheard of in this day and age. King's will be our first stop for anything furniture related in the future.

She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! Not she says that the repair person didn't tell her the parts were not sent. She blames the manufacturer or the repair person, anyone but not taking blame herself. I spent $6400, and I want my furniture fixed! One year is just not acceptable. I'm tired of being bullied because I am a senior citizen and they think they can blow me off.
